The balconies alone were worth the stay! Stunning views out to the bay (which was literally only 20 meters away), shaded by roofs or orientation so you could stay out there on one of them the whole day if you wanted to. We fell asleep and woke to the sound of the waves, while the cool sea breeze made the heat enjoyable. We once spotted a turtle from the balcony, swimming right below us! The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and nicely decorated and we had a cleaning lady come every single day, changing sheets and towels. The villa is surrounded by olive bays and small farms - very different from your average resort towns. The beach was very close, and although pebbly on entrance, the bay was free from crowds and had a charming, tucked away atmosphere, with clear, turquoise water and some reefs on the sides for snorkeling. You can use the sunbeds for free as a villa resident. Would recommend without hesitation - go for Eli apartment (6 beds) if you can. You won't regret it.

This place is wonderful! 10/10 The rooms are beautiful, incredibly clean, and have wonderful views over the stunning bay. The restaurant is first class with similarly spectacular views and thoughtful, modern interpretation of Greek cuisine, prepared by people with care and attention to detail. As a professional cook of 10 years I cannot recommend the restaurant highly enough! The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive, without intruding on your stay. They were also very kind, understanding, and magnanimous when I foolishly lost our room key in the sea! We're here in mid-May and it is quiet, peaceful, and idyllic. Even in high season I imagine it's the same because there are only 8 apartments and no hustle and bustle nearby. Perfect for those looking to enjoy the beauty of Zakynthos in peace and tranquility. Everything! We have stayed at the Mimosa many times over the last 20 years. The apartment sizes are the largest in Argassi so perfect for families and you couldn't get any closer to the beach. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Already looking forward to next year's stays in our usual apartment 🙂

We had really nice and relaxing stay at Koukis club. The room was big and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony with the sea view. The pool area is very nice and clean. The beach is also very nice and just a step out from the hotel. Speacial thanks to Jordan and our housekeeper for making our stay even more pleasant. Definitely will go back.

Beautiful, small hotel with very modern and super clean rooms. Staff were lovely, pool area is delightful. Brilliant location within walking distance to several beaches and a choice of restaurants, cafes and bars. Loved my balcony.

It was the best hotel we have ever booked. We travelled all the way from the capital city just to relax and it was exactly what we were hoping for.

Lovely, calm and beautiful hotel. Perfect location directly at the seafront. No noise or traffic in that area. Staff was very welcoming and lovely. Rooms were modern and clean.

We were very satisfied with the location — close to everything we needed. The apartment complex also had a café and a small shop, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was small but perfectly fine if you don’t plan to spend too much time indoors. The pool and sun loungers were excellent. I would definitely recommend it!

The staff were very attentive! Friendly and helpful! My boyfriend forgot his shoes inside the van after our wonderful tour to the shipwreck. Yannis at the bar took the time to contact the tour company and retrieve the shoes for him! Be sure to enjoy a drink at his bar while you are there!

Breakfast was amazing! It was a buffet breakfast and there were loads of options. Really good!! The location was also perfect. There are plenty of restaurants and shops on the street where the hotel is situated.

Well equipped appartment, even cosmetics and hygienic supplies available. Close to shops, restaurants but still it was quiet there. Nice swimming pool. Very nice and pleasant host, cleaning was done every day.

The staff is amazing—everyone from the girls at reception to housekeeping, the barmen, and management. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and helpful. There's quite a large variety available at breakfast, and everything is served warm and fresh. The room has great view and the hotel has direct access to the water... Perfect way to spend your holidays. The location is also excellent, right in the center of the village. We'll be back!!! For much much more!!
