The owner, he is very accomodating and helpful. The view is spectacular, the location was amazing. Walking distance to beautiful cafes and great food. Definitely recommend staying here, waking up to such a spectacular view. I felt very blessed. Remember it’s 3 star hotel and I was very impressed for its quality.

Had a wonderful stay at Arkaluna with my girlfriend for 4 days and nights. The glamping pod was fantastic, a real experience. And the outside bathtub with fantastic privacy all round meant that we could enjoy a morning bath watching the sun rise over the mountains of Bali... A truly magical experience. The staff were wonderful as well, super attentive and Agus ran us into town and back again 3 or 4 times, for absolutely no charge. So friendly and helpful. Also there's loads of hot water in the shower (They have huge water tanks which is unusual for Bali) and the bed was very comfortable indeed.

The view of Mt. Batur right in front of our room was unreal! Love that we get to enjoy the sunrise without doing the hike, especially with kids! The staffs were awesome and very welcoming! Bonfire was such a nice touch we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed for one night ,the location and the room where fantastic, I believe the fly is common in batur area and the staff were being extra careful to cover the food properly.if I'm not mistaken we had thilapia fish it was very well served and the taste were top-notch. And the breakfast were served with love,the kids hot water pool was nice. Next time coming with more people to use campfire too.

Exceptional view of Mt. Batur, bornfire every night, close to great restaurants like Akasa and Paperhills. super helpful staff (Sudi and Ras) took me anywhere any time. Would love to come back again! 😊

Amazing magical view from the bed and from the terrace. Good quality amenities. The owners were very helpful, thank you! There is a restaurant 5 min walking (they can get you by motorbike for free) which has good food and very nice views

What an incredible experience we had Spectacular view, very welcoming and friendly staff Great view from the bedroom. Ras kindly made a fire for us at night, which created such a beautiful ambiance to enjoy the night sky full of stars. Cannot recommend this place enough. 11/10.

It was the perfect getaway. Staffs were nice friendly. They even give you free rides to close by restaurants.

The location is incredible. Waking up in the morning enjoying the sunrise is an amazing experience. The staff will do anything to make your stay super comfortable. We loved every second there.

An absolutely stunning villa! The property itself is gorgeous inside and out. Beautifully arranged, amazing furniture, literally everything you need for a stay and more besides! Imelda and her partner are wonderful, friendly and go above and beyond to help arrange anything that’s needed. And the views - wow!

We had a great stay at this vila. It was very good value for money, affordable, and in a perfect location with a great view of Mount Batur. The staff were helpful and friendly, and overall it was a really pleasant stay. For the price and location, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
