Comfortable with friendly, helpful staff

It is very central and welcoming. Going downstairs to the reception brings you into completely new surroundings with a phenomenal atmosphere. After a long day sightseeing we were always excited coming back to the hotel. With the unique layout of the rooms paired with the long opening times of the bar an absolute dream hotel

Great location. Lovely welcome and different spaces to relax like the library bar. Read a lot of mixed reviews, we had nothing but a positive experience.

Excellent location beside the main shopping street. Friendly, courteous staff. We stayed in

Location and comfortable beads. And the receptionist was very kind and helpful

Great location . Lovely atmosphere nice and relaxing

Greatest breakfast I ever had in a hotel! Very cozy rooms too.

Great location, friendly staff, busy and lively bar downstairs with hospitable staff and welcoming atmosphere.

Spotless room, very comfortable and the location is top notch

We stayed at the hotel for two nights while exploring Ireland. Great location in the city center, close to the station and the bus stop to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean—we found everything we needed.

Staff was super friendly, location is very central - right in the middle of everything.

The location was perfect as i was working on a mural next door in the central plaza

Everything. The place was very clean and the rooms. Lovely smell everywhere. The staff are very helpful and it's really safe with the outside door closed only opened with a bell. It's in walking distance to everything.. City bikes just across the road. Tram and buses pass just from in front of it. We got a bus from just across the road number 16 to Dublin airport just a 40min journey. Would definitely stay again and recommend. We stayed in room 111 5th floor and with a lift so it was amazing

First I booked 2 single rooms. The single room was a disaster. It's so small that it's hard to move around in it. There's nowhere to even hang a jacket, let alone put a suitcase down. And in the bathroom, I'm afraid to take a shower because I felt like I was going to punch a hole in the shower with my elbow. After one night, my colleague and I got an apartment to share and it was a great change. The apartment was very good., comfortable, clean, with new equipment. The kitchen was very well equipped. Apart from that, the hotel's location is great. It's next to and above the most famous pub in the city. And one of the most famous place in the city.

Perfect location, nice large room. Ideal for a short stay. Coming back again.

Very friendly and helpful staff!

Great city hotel for a one-night stay. Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, and an excellent location. Everything we needed, and we'd happily stay again.

Everything! Amazing facilities, staff friendliness and location.

The Breakfast was a real surprise! Very tasty, very good, delicious! The bed was very comfortable. Location was really good, everything is near, you can reach most tourist spots by foot. The stuff is really kind and polite. We couldn't charge our phones in our room so the receptionist kindly gave as suitable charger. Our room was on the inner side of the building so we didnt hear the noise from the street so we slept like babies. There is free tea and coffee in the room. Wifi was good.

Everything was lovely and a perfect location. Staff was also very helpful and kind, as we forgot something and they sent it to our home free of charge.

We don't usually travel at Christmas time but our daughters thought we should visit Ireland. They knew it would be the 15th trip for my wife Glenda and I . We hit the highlights in Dub and I drove us out to the Christmas markets in Galway. Coming back to the Fitzwilliam for Christmas was an excellent choice as we enjoyed superb hospitality over Christmas and St. Stephen's day. We'll be back again.

Window noises cancel isolation was perfect

Stunning hotel in a perfect location close to everything.
