We greeted by the super friendly receptionist (the ozzie girl) , she helped us and happy to answer any questions we had. Checked us in early as our rooms were ready , and offered to hold our bags if the rooms wernt ready. The room was super clean and cozy, the hotel is bang in the middle of eyre square. So very convenient.

The Residence Hotel is situated in Galway's entertainment neighbourhood and offers free WiFi.
