Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, great facilities, quiet despite being well booked. Interior design and grounds are fantastic. Great location by the sea and near to Galway.

We greeted by the super friendly receptionist (the ozzie girl) , she helped us and happy to answer any questions we had. Checked us in early as our rooms were ready , and offered to hold our bags if the rooms wernt ready. The room was super clean and cozy, the hotel is bang in the middle of eyre square. So very convenient.

The staff was friendly. It has the best location possible in Galway. The room was excelent. We loved the interior design. The breakfast was OK.

The hotel is clean, has everything you need and is dog-friendly without being the kind of stuffy place we sometimes encounter when travelling with our dog. The staff was lovely, helpful and very friendly (also to our dog). The dog is not allowed in the restaurant area but you can sit in the same large room slightly outside the designated food area in lounge area. It is a 20min walk from the city centre but there is also public transportation and enough parking spaces for cars on site. Would definitely go there again.

Had a problem with a shattered glass shower door and the problem was handled expeditiously with a solution that satisfied everyone involved.

A wonderful, luxurious hotel at a very reasonable price. I was caught out and needed to find somewhere to stay in Galway at very short notice. My expectations were modest but I was absolutely blown away. A wonderful, comfortable room with a sea view. Had one of the best nights sleep I've had in ages. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, breakfast was great and the fitness facilities are top notch. Highly recommended.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay: the rooms were comfortable and roomy, the staff were so friendly and the gardens were beautiful. We had an excellent stay!
