The hotel was recently opened when I visited it so everything was clean and tidy. The location is very good and surrounded by so many shops and restaurants. Access to everywhere was easy from the hotel. The staff were extremely nice, welcoming, and hospitable.

The hotel's location is great. Close to many shops, cafes, and many restaurants. The Service level is moderate to high, with very friendly staff, especially at the front desk, where the gentlemen, Alaa, Ali, and Mohsen, are particularly welcoming. The room's furniture is a little bit old and needs more attention, such as the old towels, carpet, and pillow covers. Lapizza Restaurant's food level is less than expected from a hotel that is considered 5 5-star hotel.

The rooms needs to be upgraded and the bathroom is old all the furniture was very old for that kind of price they need to change all the furniture and do the outside doors is still old fashion with luck and unlock with keys it should be worth 30$ to 40$ no more then that.

It's a central location. A family-owned hotel. Very nice staff. Free coffee and water, and a good breakfast. The Corniche is a few steps away. The owners are very helpful in advice about getting around.
