Big pool, great food, location

I can't fault this place... Carola and Max were the perfect hosts and Max went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. We had four rooms (8 of us) all of which were fabtastic with wonderful views of the valley. The suites are especially special but all of the rooms are really spacious , clean and comfortable. We were staying as we were attending the winter olympics in nearby Cortina so unfortunately couldn't take advantage of the included dinner but breakfast was lovely and bespokely ordered the night before (although not included in the room rate). The area and hotel are away from the more touristic ski resorts and our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer and explore the local mountain on skis and boards...

We had no expectations, but we were absolutely thrilled. The entire accommodation, including the spacious room with a large balcony, was very comfortable. The three-course dinner and buffet breakfast were unbeatable. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is definitely one of our top accommodations in Italy.

This was a glorious place to stay. The staff (Emma especially) was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb with freshly baked breads and pastries each morning. The room was spacious, meticulously cleaned, and well equipped. The location was very good - not quite in the heart of the busiest tourist areas, but close enough to many of the major Dolomite icons (less than 1 hour drive to Cortina d'Ampezzo in our rental car).

The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. Everything in the house, including our room, was spotless, which made the experience even more comfortable. The house itself is beautifully designed and very aesthetically pleasing, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. A special highlight was the outdoor sauna, which was a fantastic addition and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel has met all of our expectations; it’s located in the centre of Santa Fosca and all the rooms are with the spectacular view on the Dolomites …breathtaking❤️What’s the most impressive is the atmosphere - feels like home With the smell of delicious cake baked every day :) delicious espresso served by Patrik :) and the Italian hospitality from the hotel owners. Not to mention the cleaning standard (shiny and glossy floors; linen changed )

Receptionist, Melissa, was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel looked brand new inside. We had pizzas in the bar, rather than in the hotel restaurant, which were excellent. Bar staff were also friendly.

Great location. Unbelievably friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast. We stay here every year on the way up the mountain. Also brand new bathrooms since last year which have been finished really nicely!

A very welcoming family run hotel situated in stunning scenery. They could not have been more helpful. The evening food was delicious and plenty of variety for breakfast.
