Perfect location. Interior design was elegant and luxurious. It has its own color reflected in all the aspects from a chair to a very small amenity kit. I love the integration of logo and all the elements of the hotel accomodation.

We were moved to Hotel Savoia and were very satisfied. Kind stuff, good breakfast, nice hotel and very good location. There is a lot to see in Genova,we had a wonderful time there.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly & took the time to explain the area to us & help us book day trips! The restaurants around the hotel are really good & you are walking distance to the main square. The rooms are also very clean & the bed is comfy!

The staff were so lovely and helpful. The room was lovely and spotless. We had a room backing on to the main road and motorway and we heard nothing due to the triple glazing. The bed was very comfortable and the room had AC which was needed. Breakfast was delivered to the room but there was a kettle and coffee maker anyway tea and coffee pods were supplied . There was a fridge. We were also allowed leave our luggage on checkout. And sweets left on pillow. Lovely little touch. Less than 5mins to train station and port was right behind the hotel.

Good evening :). The hotel is very old! But it's clear that everything that's happening now has been done with love: new bedding, new towels, everything works. They responded positively to our requests for fruit bowls; when we had a headache, they gave us a pill upon request. There was always someone at reception who could help, and the feedback was not just positive, but even heartfelt. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because we slept in and were already heading out to eat. The hotel's location is excellent, about a 30-minute walk to the center, but there's a bus for a few euros and a taxi +/- 20 euros. Hotel I recommend 100%.
