A nice hotel for who looks for quietness mountain life. Very close to ski lift and many tracks. The service is excellent and the breakfast is rich of choices.

100% worth it, very comfortable, unique location, mostly great staff (except one brunette on the reception that was rude), and unique spa/rooftop pool

Short answer is Everything! The property itself is a cosy and gives you a feeling of being home. Staff is absolutely amazing - from the lady welcoming you on reception to the maids greeting you every time they see you. Absolute jackpot is Davide from the restaurant - he was so helpful, friendly and kind that he won us as regular restaurant guest from the first evening - and we never stay in same restaurant during our stays. The food was delicious, the service was great, the feeling as like you are home with family. This was one of my favourite stays in Italy and will be happy to go back.

Everything was just excellent! Starting from location untill communication to make check-in, appartment itself, facilities, very gentle and welcoming hosts. We have really enjoyed greatly and hope to be back.

The hotel is cozy, we had rooms without carpets, which we wanted. Some rooms were smaller, some larger. However, we didn't mind the smaller size of the room at all. The breakfast was great. We also booked dinner on site and were satisfied. We positively evaluate the transport by train to the cable car, we did not have to use the car.

Host was very friendly, spoke 5 languages fluently. You feel rather like a family member than as a guest
