The breakfast at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of high-quality options, both sweet and savory, including fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, eggs, cheeses, and local specialties. Everything was beautifully presented and constantly replenished. The coffee was excellent—better than in most cafés! I really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm, attentive service from the staff. Starting the day with such a delicious and well-organized breakfast made a real difference to my stay. Highly recommended!

Very good location just 3-4 mins away from Firenze S Novella Station and few more to the centre of Florence. Very spacious with high ceiling and super clean rooms and good protected parking area. Night time its quiet enough to have a good restful sleep in their comfy beds. Great reception, rooms and service staff. Very kind all during our stay (Grazie🙏🙏🙏). It has a very nice restaurant for breakfast with a nice choice of salted and nice pastries for morning. Also a nice outside terrace to enjoy a drink and chat.

Very beautiful hotel nearby Firenze city center, walkable from Firenze Santa Maria Novella main railway station (0.5km), to city center and to Piazza dei Pitti. It was a very good stay there. Kind staff, clean room and the whole hotel smelled great. The distance from the center of Florence was easy to walk.

Clean beds, room and bathroom and spaceous too. The hotel is new. Very quiet rooms. Convenient restaurant in the lobby, friendly staff. Good area. Modern admosphere. Best stay in Florence for the money. Tramway fron city centre to airport stop in the front. 15 minutes walk to Duomo. I recommended it and will repeated it.

A very classy hotel. Rooms were a good size, we both had a balcony overlooking bushes and trees. The various lounge areas downstairs were quiet and well designed. I spent most of the break by the small pool within a beautiful garden. Cocktails before dinner and good tunes. 20 minute walk to the main attractions of Florence.

Clean beautiful hotel close to Santa María novela 5 minute walk, and Rosselli station just a few steps. Breakfast it is very complete and great quality, Ai would only add fresh Fruit like apple or banana. Hotel instalations and room very clean. People very nice.

Easy to arrive and depart from the train. Easy to walk every day to and from Florence old town via the underground shopping mall at the train station. Breakfast and the staff were excellent. I would enjoy multiple coffees and cakes beautiful croissants, fresh fruit and hot savoury dishes. Plus there was a juicer for vegetables. Reception staff kindly accommodated me with a city map and a late checkout. I was so pleased to return to my fluffy robe and slippers in my clean air-conditioned room with mini bar with free non alcoholic beverages was welcoming. The room attendants were sensational.
