We loved the experience! The staff are really nice and helpful, the food was great and the chalet we stayed in was perfect. They have an area for children to play and that made a big difference. There is an adventure park, mountain bike park, and close to ski school where you can also rent equipment and sled too.

Top notch hospitality; professional and friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Such a beautiful place, the staff so nice, there are 2 restaurants, one local food and one gourmet, the first is very good the second is excellent

Hotel Posta Marcucci it's an amazing hotel, where every detail it’s extremely curated, from the bathroom to the bedroom, the entrance, the hall, the dining room, the breakfast, the bar, and the gorgeous spa: you are really treated as a prince and you feel out of time. That venue creates addiction for sure...

Lovely big room, nice bed, clean and comfortable. Balcony was useful too. Lovely staff !

Very easy and relaxed venue. Clean rooms adequately provided for and very reasonable on the budget.

A classic hotel with a lovely host. Felt like travelling as a young person :)

Great setting, good service and good value for money. Would definitely recommend to friends and go back again

Great location and amazing breakfast, really sweet adorable owner, nice comfortable room

Quiet, good food, nice people creating good atmosphere, warm rooms, excellent Wifi. Absolutely top notch.

We stayed for a night hence we were in the area for a car event - the place is in midst of nature & the view especially from our room was mesmerizing & absolutely perfect! A dip in their pool for this lil getaway was really awesome & relaxing too! For breakfast they have a lot of variety of sweets & croissants - which were all so yummy! From check-in to check-out the staff was really attentive to our needs. Thumbs up & keep up the good work! Your place has really a lot of big potential for real! Hope to see y’all again soon! XX

A cozy, clean, quiet little hotel that suited our family very well, so we extended our stay. Staff was very friendly. The heated pool is a big bonus, especially for a family with children :)

Stunning property; rooms; facilities and location- so relaxing.

Cost, clean, spacious, good value for money

This is not the first time we have visited the hotel-SPA, and we can say that in this case we found ourselves quite satisfied. Being able to swim in the thermal water pool is a wonderful experience. Also pleased that the thermal baths could be taken right in the room. The most valuable thing about the hotel is its location. Whilst the service was decent, it's accessibility to the main wine regions, and views in all directions was still the most important thing. Stepping out on the patio or climbing out of the pool we were directly frozen by the incredible beauty of Val d'Orcia. The staff were very attentive and tried their best to help. For example, the nearest bridge over the Orcia River was closed for repairs and we would have had to take a circuitous route to the restaurant. However, the member of staff at reception found out that the bridge was accessible at the weekend, even though all the navigators showed otherwise, and we saved a lot of travelling time. One of the most powerful experiences was a wine tasting in the Castle, conducted by the hotel sommelier. He told us about local wine in a wonderful, clear and interesting way, showed us vineyards, shared the secrets of their care and explained the peculiarities of each variety tasted. We were very impressed and grateful for this unique experience!
