The stay was so good that we became friends with the owner, Francesco and his family.. The rooms were kept clean and the linen changed regularly. We recommend the hotel very highly.

A perfect villa in original Tuscany spirit, with an exceptional interior, a beautiful yard and a view of untouched nature. Extremely friendly staff who are very approachable and make the stay more pleasant and enjoyable. Every recommandation 🙂

unbelievable. It was like a fairy tale. Definitely recommened. You can visit both siena and san gim. in 25 min by car. staff was perfect, villa and rooms are very good. Breakfast very good, the view is out of this world. You can even find draft beer

Superb location, just on the main square, but very quiet thanks to double glass window. The room was very spacious, high ceiling, vintage style, but very comfortable. Very good breakfast. I can recommend without any hesitation!

Everything was wonderful and the location very central. Very good breakfast. The room had everything a guest could need including bedroom slippers. Charming and cosy. Specially loved the ambience of the one ochre wall which complemented the other very light beige walls. The slightly sloping ceiling added to the charm. Bathroom was also equipped with all one needs. Can recommend highly. Friendly staff

Great for a romantic stay and easy visit to San Gimignano! Less than 10 mins walking from the city gate, very quite, amazing breakfast, atmosphere and a pleasant pool.

Staff had reserved a car parking space for us when we arrived, exceeded our expectations. Decided to try the restaurant in the evening as was lovely food and a fantastic view and atmosphere. Lovely breakfast too.

The staff were really friendly and the pool was delightful. A real homely feel with touch of luxury. A easy walk into San Gimignano and bus stop right outside to access close by train stations. Breakfast was great, fabulous selection to get the morning started. The onsite restaurant is fantastic as well, very authentic and the best pasta ragu ever. Loved my time there and will be back!

The property is really wonderful: it’s sorrounded by nature and very peaceful. At the same time, San Gimignano is very close (20-minute walk or 10-minute car ride).

Nice hotel for visiting San Gimignano. The free shuttle service to town is wonderful! We loved having a nice patio to sit in the lovely garden area. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant on site. All of the staff is very welcoming, and the grounds of the hotel are wonderful.

Beautiful room on ground floor with door out to courtyard, breakfast was amazing! Dinner, OMG, lasagne recommended by chef was to die for!

The Hotel were so accommodating with our room change and extension of stay, being there 5 days we tried other local restaurants but the food here was excellent but we wanted to vary our menu a little.

What a beautiful stay from start to finish! Hotel is in a very quiet area and it was so peaceful! Pool area was stunning surrounded by nature. Rooms very comfortable and have that traditional Tuscan charm. They were very accommodating for anyone with a gluten free diet! Huge plus! Restaurant served exquisite food!! Staff were so friendly!

Breakfast excellent, staff friendly. Room clean, Wine tasting very good. Easy drive to Siena and surrounding historic villages.

The hotel was amazing, truely authentic!! The rooms were fantastic and we loved the pool. Pietro was super helpful and went to great lengths to help us send parcels home to Australia.
