The stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the forest spa was excellent, food was great, the room was large, the view from the terrace was wonderful. The ski area right next to the hotel, ski in - ski out and also the ski storage room is excellent. Everything was absolutely perfect. The service and the hotel itself went far beyond my expectations. The staff were friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
