We had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly & took the time to explain the area to us & help us book day trips! The restaurants around the hotel are really good & you are walking distance to the main square. The rooms are also very clean & the bed is comfy!

Perfect location. Interior design was elegant and luxurious. It has its own color reflected in all the aspects from a chair to a very small amenity kit. I love the integration of logo and all the elements of the hotel accomodation.

Hotel Major has been the best hotel I have stayed in during my journey through Italy. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Each floor of the hotel is decked out with art and photography of places from all over the world. I was fascinated by this. My room was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel Major is located in the old historical part of Genoa. I was amazed with the charm and beauty of the surrounding buildings and laneways. Thankyou so much for a brilliant stay. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem and I highly recommend staying here.

Location is perfect, the staff is really professional and responsive

The room was larger than I expected, very clean and comfortable bed. The bathroom also very clean and everything I needed provided. Breakfast was good, I was able to order fresh fruit salad which was excellent. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Location also excellent, very close to de Ferrari square with the big fountain so good for navigation!

Very clean, very nice room with 4m ceilings and huge windows. Old palazzo with some stucco intact. There is a lounge where you can make some tea at all times.

Great location, very clean, very friendly.

It had a lift to our floor (thank goodness - very tiny but it worked). Hotel mgr able to order us a cab. Lovely windows that open wide so we could look down on street life below. Staff lovely

The location is brilliant and central. The room was clean enough. Good to stay for a night for the convenience of the central location. The staff were very nice as well. They let us leave our bags, use the bathroom and get changed as we arrived earlier.
