Hotels near Grand Hirafu Ace Pair Lift 3, Niseko

Beautifully designed and built.

The property is extremely spacious. And location is quite nice. With good view

Prime location, onsen in hotel and family chair at the back of hotel ski in/out

Our stay at Chatrium Niseko was fantastic. Our room was incredible - much larger than expected, stocked with many breakfast supplies to help us start our day off well, with fantastic views of the resort, and the beds were so so comfortable! It felt like a luxury stay. Loved the shuttle in the morning and the ski storage area, and the convenience of being able to return our ski rentals in the hotel. There was a great cafe in the hotel, and we had dinner at Temporada (also within the hotel) and it was so delicious. The staff were also a highlight. They were so friendly and helpful, and they spent so much time helping us ship our luggage to Tokyo! We would highly recommend staying here if in Niseko!

Modern, comfortable apartment with all amenities for a wonderful ski trip.

Loved the onsen, the ski-in, ski-out ability, the very elaborate breakfast with so many different options, the regular shuttle taking us to Hirafu village for dinner. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and comfortable.

We love the ski in and ski out feature of this hotel, we love the ability to be able to cook and wash if required but have full hotel services as well.

Service was exceptional from arrival to departure. The shuttle transfer from Kutchan Station, check-in (kindly assisted by Ally from Malaysia), and the personalised tour of the hotel and room were all handled with great attention to detail. The staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive throughout our stay. The ski-in/ski-out access is a major highlight, with on-site ski equipment rental, private lockers, and well-organised ski lessons, making the overall experience very seamless and convenient. Niseko-Yo Village is just a short walk away, offering a good selection of dining options and a pharmacy for daily essentials. The public onsen was serene and uncrowded. While the outdoor onsen has a somewhat limited view, the in-room private onsen more than made up for it with a beautiful Mt. Yotei view, which I truly enjoyed.

shuttle and breakfast as well as the location

Very friendly staff always willing to assist. Great value for money and a very good level of service

Very convenient location, just about 5 mins walk to the lift, with some restaurant options nearby. The common area has a cozy vibe, sitting next to the fireplace, and enjoying our breakfast while looking at the snow is one of our favorite things. The staff are all very friendly. The shared-bathrooms and showers are always clean, highly recommend to stay here for your ski vacation at annupuri.

Location, ski in, ski out, ski rental, bar, all in crawling distance, bus stop directly out front, first service 08:04

Good value for money with all the amenities for a longer stay and to hit the ski slopes. The private spa bath was so good after a long day on the slopes. The room is dated but functional. Easy access via the main road between Hirafu and Annapuri and a short drive to Rusutsu. Recommend having a car if staying here, private undercover parking space for each room.

Comfortable and well equipped. Need a car to get to ski area, but easy to park both at Stay Resort and at Hirafu.

Amazing service. Great location near the ace gondola lifts. Ski straight to your room is possible. Great rooms. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It was fabulous, the service, the food, the room. It redefined what a good a hotel should be for us, definitely one of our favourite place to stay from now on.

The rooms and location and breakfast and the staff were all very excellent

Breakfast and onsen were amazing!

Close to family run and staff amazing

Great apartment on a perfect location. Short walk to the Family Ace lift and in the midst of the food trucks and restaurant. Great value for money.
