One of best stays i had in the world ...in this hotel category . The place is exceptional and immaculately well done . Its a real smart home with all hi tech ..like AI AC , clother dryer cum ventilation , ambient lights , smart lamps , hot plates etc etc. All done in crisp white decor . Space wise ...it is what u get in japan but these guys have done a great job with a fit for everythin . Even a dining foldable table . 7 11 is nearby and shrine is just 10 steps . My family was very happy we chose this place with teenage kids . Sugamo statiob mita and yamanote lines r nearby . 100/100 .

We booked 5 nights last minute but we don't regret it !! As three friends, it was hard to find a nice accommodation within our price range, as everything in Tokyo might be quite small. We were perfectly at ease at the Akabane Holic ! Our rooms was bunk beds, which provided nice little nests for each of us, and the room was big, with lockers ! We had lot of space to move around. The shower was super nice and large, everything was clean and new, and the best of all? A sento within the hotel accessible until late at night, which was amazing after a day of exploring. We were provided fresh towels and pet bottles every day, and the hotel was quiet and nice all around. The team at front desk and cleaning teams were friendly. We had a really good stay. Akabane is a place dear to my heart and quite convenient to move around the city, so we were happy to find this hotel. Lot of konbini options nearby, and the neighborhood has also lot of restaurants and izakaya, while not being touristy. Will definitely stay again!

They have lots of amenities like free water, coffee/tea, hot cocoa for their customers. Also, their location is very near to JR train station which was very convenient for us in going to other places. In addition, they have Lawson and a grocery store right next to their property . Moreover, there are lots of stores that are walking distance from our hotel, such as the following: shoes store, Don Quijote, KFC, etc Finally, our room is a bit more spacious than the last time we stayed in the previous hotel in Tokyo
