Convenient , we'll equipped , great location. The robot receptionists are fun, but humans are there if needed. They have storage, gym, vending machines and supermarkets around... just the breakfast options could have a bit more variety

it was very clean and comfortable! the room was small but super nice, and the hotel offered a lot of free amenities—from shampoo, conditioner and toothbrushes to face masks! there was also free coffee and drinks! Also, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and overall amazing at what they did. They even sent me of with a traditional way, and I am really grateful :)

Location is superb. the nearby subway is really convenient to go to any popular spots for tourists. Staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and very convenient. The hotel supplied facilities that fulfil our stay. Totally recommended!

The employees were very helpful and good English speaking. It was very clean, breakfast was great. Location is near subway stations. We booked airport transfer and the drivers were nice and friendly.

Good location, good service, simple room, everything is functional, perfect for a business stay. Hotel does come with a parking lot, better to reserve in advance, guest need to stop by reception for parking instructions.

Location is great! It is just opposite of Akasaka subway station. Its surrounding is quiet, many restaurants nearby within 10-15mins walk. It has filtered tap water. Ample space for 2 person compared to other small hotels. They provided pajamas at the lobby and you can even loan hair straightener/charger/curling dryer/steamers/electric lamps for free at the lobby. Laundry is on the 2nd floor and it's about 600yen for 3kg load wash and dry.

We loved the space. The room we stayed in was thoughtfully designed and every element serves a purpose. The beds were comfy and the blankets were warm. I have never stayed in the Akasaka area before but it's convenient locally and a stop from Harajuku and Yoyogi. The check in was great and we were able to store our luggage on our last day as our flight was scheduled at 10pm. The breakfast was a bonus and very enjoyable.

Location is perfect, close to underground, lots of restaurants, the lat out of the room is good even if it is small still comfortable. Good value for money.

A very nice hotel located about a 5-minute walk from Akasaka Station—the “Harry Potter–inspired” station—which connects to major metro lines and makes it easy to reach Tokyo’s top attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area as well. The hotel looks even better in person than in the photos. While the room size is the typical “Tokyo standard,” we had no trouble moving around. The amenities are excellent, including a wellness area (similar to an onsen), a washing machine—which is especially useful after several days of traveling—and a 7-Eleven conveniently located right downstairs. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, and the staff are generally warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Staff were so friendly and the room was very clean with daily housekeeping. Rooms were very modern and hotel is close to the station
