The hotel is close to the elevator exit 5 from Nagahoribashi Station so it was convenient to travel along with luggage and baby cart. Moreover it’s just minutes walk to Shinsaibashi-suji.

This hotel was in the perfect location right next to loads of restaurants, short walk to Dotonburi and has a lift down to 2 stations outside! The staff were friendly and you get one free drink at 1600 from the cafe/ bar. The room was huge and had a clean toilet and shower. I didn't use the baths upstairs but they looked quite big and clean. The laundry on the same level is super cheap and easy to use.

The staffs are multinational, so communication is not a problem. They are very helpful, and accommodative. In fact they helped one of my students to speak to the train station master (they accidentally left a bag on the train) via phone and sort out the matters for them.

During my stay at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its prime location, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. The clean and spacious rooms provided a comfortable retreat, enhancing the overall experience. The staff's exceptional accommodation, highlighted by the unique and charming "robot dinosaur receptionists," added a delightful and memorable touch to my visit.

The location is great, the situation is literally a few steps from the hotel. There are several konbinis around the area. Great when visiting a lot of places around Osaka.

We like the friendly staff who advised us on directions, services available (eg. Laundry, board games rental etc). Would like to compliment Ms Gaga especially for her warm and hospitable conversations with my daughters. She surprised us with a thank you note to the family. For Ms Gaga's information, my juniors won the jenga :) Elder won 3× and younger gal won 1×. Thank you to the Ms Gaga and the frontdesk team!

Good location. The onsen was nice. Hotel had a separate sink from the bathroom, so that was a big help to keep my stuff organised in a tiny room.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to be close to the shops and restaurants, with easy access to trains also.

My mother has a problem with her mobility. They allowed us to use the wheelchair to roam around during our stay. I also love that they have an Ice machine, microwave, and laundry area downstairs. I always stay in APA because of their location and value for money

The room was beautiful. Very spacious room with a spacious bathroom. The attentions with drinks, skincare, pyjamas,... was perfect. The staff was so friendly and kind. Perfect location to visit Dontobory. The lounge with free drinks and hot beverages was perfect.

The un-even rooms are in the front of the main road. For the future, I'll prefer to avoid those rooms due to the noise. The windows are not soundproof. The hotel of it is is great, bigger size than average, good shower and comfortable bed, although the sheets made me sweat every night(!) And I'm not usually get sweaty. Overall, this hotel is recommended for very good location, and it is great to spend the night.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping and train but still in a quiet area. Staff were very helpful when we unexpectedly had to extend our stay.
