I stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed my time. The room was very clean, and the space was surprisingly comfortable for Japan – much more spacious than I expected. The location was also perfect, close to everything I needed: shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would definitely stay here again!

This is the best value for money ratio you can get at all. There isn't a hotel that will give you so many amenities and entertainment for free anywhere. Check in and out is a breeze, you can even store your luggage, you can even stay an hour more by paying for it, you get breakfast you'd pay for in 7/11 for free, you get good drinks with it, the beds and bathroom are super clean and new, tv is top, location is awesome, 3 minutes away from the red line and 15 minutes from Glico square/Dotonbori. Everything is just awesome. I hope visitors will not abuse and ruin it, as the dinosaurus are just the tip of the iceberg. This hotel is awesome!

Location was super. Right opposite metro entrance and convenience stores so close by. The lobby was really big with lots of seating and options for drinks. They offer a lunch buffet which seems a good price.Overall, perfect for a night or two

The hotel is awesome! All the staff and services were really good. Shopping centre, subway stations and store are very close by the hotel.

THE family room was spacious. Room was clean. The bath area had a bath tub which the kids liked as they could use the bath bombs purchased in Osaka. Location was good. Near restaurants which closed quite late. Walkable to Daimru and Dotonburi.

The room was beautiful. Very spacious room with a spacious bathroom. The attentions with drinks, skincare, pyjamas,... was perfect. The staff was so friendly and kind. Perfect location to visit Dontobory. The lounge with free drinks and hot beverages was perfect.

The un-even rooms are in the front of the main road. For the future, I'll prefer to avoid those rooms due to the noise. The windows are not soundproof. The hotel of it is is great, bigger size than average, good shower and comfortable bed, although the sheets made me sweat every night(!) And I'm not usually get sweaty. Overall, this hotel is recommended for very good location, and it is great to spend the night.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping and train but still in a quiet area. Staff were very helpful when we unexpectedly had to extend our stay.
