The Onzen was great, no doubt, a great hit, no doubt the onzen makes the difference when evaluating the hotel. Also the Lawson on the second floor, is an excellent opportunity if you are hungry and your budget is a little tight, you can eat or drink at a good price and at the time you want, because it is open 24/7. The location is great, excellent neighborhood and 5 minutes from the Metro.

Clean, compact, close to train, quiet neighborhood, super nice staff, very well organized info package.

One particular thing: I don't eat breakfast, so my mom (no speaking Japanese or English) tried to use the breakfast herself on the first day of our stay. She said the food are tasty and the staff are friendly. She likes the place very much:)

Everything was perfectly wonderful, professional, smiling hotel staff. Beautiful and tasty cafe. Perfectly minimalist rooms. A big plus is the current art there. Thank you for your hospitality. Your place is unique.

Everything was quite good! It totally exceeded our expectations, especially considering that some of the reviews are slightly negative. We went to this hotel having low expectations due to some negative ratings we read, however we were proven quite wrong. Our stay here was exceptional. I'll leave it to this, so that I don't forget any details.

Easy to access, close to Asakusabashi Station. You can get a train connecting Haneda and Narita Airports.

Creare Ryogoku was the perfect location for us to explore Tokyo and the area around. For our family (2 adults, two kids (9 and 6) the room was absolutely big enough with nice beds and interior. The area around is also great. Every shop / restaurant you need is within 10 min. A big plus is also the bar. Everybody was very nice and we talked and laughed a lot. Nevertheless, in the rooms it is quite ;) Next time we are in Tokyo, we will for sure visit this place again.

The two rooms was wonderful and all amenities were great. The location was also central to the subway. Communication with staff was quick and informative.

We loved the slightly quieter location of the hotel. While not in one of the more busy areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya, it was a short walk to the train and super easy to get to those areas. We could enjoy their energy and then head back to our little oasis. The apartment was spacious by Tokyo standards, very modern and very well equipped. We loved the clever use of what, as westerners, we consider compact spaces. Staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to help us. Please note no luggage storage available at this hotel. Not an issue for us, but may be for others.

Great Location and very friendly staff.

A small room and bed, but so very cozy and clean. It had a fridge, microwave, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, anything you need. We could leave luggage at the desk for free. They had a "hidden" smoking area. The staff was so kind and spoke english. The location is a minute walk to a bus and 7min walk to the metro. The area is quiet. I'd stay there anytime.

I'm so glad I picked this hotel for the first time in Japan

The room was spacious, the location was excellent, the service was very good, and the check-in and check-out process was easy.

The location is amazing , 2 minutes walk to asakusa station . Just be aware , if you have luggages, take the A2B exit as it has a lift otherwise you have to carry them on a number of stairs . The best thing is level 9 where one can have food , watching the boats on the river , Tokyo tower ( most beautiful at night ) . Level 9 is spacious , lots of tables and chairs and you can work there if you want . Lots of restaurants close by after crossing the bridge . A walk way along the river just 1’ away if you want to exercise or go for a stroll early in the morning , very quiet and serene. The coffee and tea available all day and great . We didn’t have the breakfast there ( toasts and jams , but you can get very cheap breakfast at the convenience store across the street and that was what we did ) The front desk people are very helpful and accommodating .
