Excellent location, rooms small but everything in the right spot!

The Shibuya Creston Hotel is an absolute hidden gem of a place to stay. It's very close to everything you could want to see and do in Shibuya, but just far enough away to be extremely quiet. I ate breakfast at Restaurant Nigoume in the hotel two days - the Western-style breakfast one day, and the Japanese-style breakfast another. Both were excellent. The staff was beyond friendly, and very accommodating to my non-Japanese-speaking self. I would definitely stay there again.

beautiful guesthouse, felt so cosy from the moment you walk in. everything is spotlessly clean, rooms are nicer than how the pictures look. great location that's very close to many of the main tourist attractions but still in a very authentic residential neighborhood - really nice to wander the streets around the area

The apartment was very clean and well maintained, which made a great first impression. The location is excellent, very close to the station, making everything easy and convenient. Everything was exactly as described and the stay was pleasant with no complaints at all. Highly recommended!

everything was perfect, hot water, clean toilet and bed, there is free drinks from the vending machine as well. we really appreciate that there are fridge in the room and microwave at the lobby. housekeeping is done everyday which is amazing for such a budget hotel.

Location was excellent but mostly it was a perfect home away from home…enough room to get comfortable for a 10 day stay, and not feel like we were getting under one another’s feet.

A true hidden gem in Shimokitazawa. We loved our stay at this property and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, modern, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a 4 night stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The record player in the room was a nice touch. The property is located in a convenient and safe area, close to public transport, there is a 7-Eleven directly downstairs as well as plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of cool vintage shops in the area and we loved the overall vibe here.
