so close to the train station, about a 2 min walk which is so underrated. also a 5 minute walk from a 7/11 and supermarket. the staff were so nice and would welcome and say hello to you in each time you got back

The property provided a tranquil space to experience the city. It was located in a beautiful area, where one could easily access Yoyogi park. All staff were incredibly helpful, kind and willing to ensure our stay was an amazing experience.

This hotel is located a few minutes by foot from Sangenjaya station. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities including tea. The bed was clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket and lots of local restaurants nearby.

the location was great, about 10 min walk from Shibuya crossing and station, near restaurants and convenience stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful every step of the way. I got a night gown to sleep and the amenities were also very nice. I went for a concert in a small venue next to Shibuya station so being home 15 minutes after it was over was amazing.

Very close location and it had what it needed for our night stay. Hotel staff were really helpful and kind!

The Shibuya Tobu is an elegant hotel at a great price. The amenities are wide ranging, thoughtful, and very much appreciated. The staff are polite, helpful, and very respectful. It is within walking distance of shopping areas, Shibuya crossing and Shibuya station. They have a cafe in the lobby, plenty of restaurants to choose from around them, and even offer massages, which is splendid.

A true hidden gem in Shimokitazawa. We loved our stay at this property and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, modern, spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a 4 night stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The record player in the room was a nice touch. The property is located in a convenient and safe area, close to public transport, there is a 7-Eleven directly downstairs as well as plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of cool vintage shops in the area and we loved the overall vibe here.

The place in a neighborhood with a great location and a good atmosphere. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the facilities are convenient, and the host is friendly.

Very clean and efficient. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They did an admirable job speaking English.

Very clean rooms and toilet. The JBL Alexa works great as a music player and alarm. Very seamless high-tech check-in to check-out, lift within the building as well. The whole shared spaces are equipped with CCTV, kitchenette is available as well. Less than a 2-minute walk from the nearest station, just note no lift is available at the station.

I loved the location it was 1min from the underground and it’s very near shibuya it has konbini near the hotel. The staff are very nice and super helpful! I would come back again

The location is very strategic nearby the train station. The facilities are awesome. Owner even complimentarily extended our check out time from 10 am to 12 pm due to changed of flight. There are a lot of shops nearby and for muslim, there is one halal kebab just 300 meters away from the house. Highly recomended & definetely will come again.

everything was perfect, hot water, clean toilet and bed, there is free drinks from the vending machine as well. we really appreciate that there are fridge in the room and microwave at the lobby. housekeeping is done everyday which is amazing for such a budget hotel.
