Staff were very helpful. So many perks included. Not just breakfast, but also sodas, and alcohol. They were very helpful with luggage forwarding.

I really enjoyed the breakfast at TOJI. The staff were very helpful when I was choosing my food, and everything tasted great.From my breakfast seat, I had a beautiful view of Tō-ji Temple.

We love it well access from train station and next to bicycle rental.

Proximity to station and Aeon mall, staffs are great too, breakfast is so so but meets the purpose, a very good choice for those travelling with family

Location was excellent. Very newly decorated hotel. Room was enough for 2 Adults and 1 Child. Coffe in the room was good quality. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed at 5 hotels during my visit and this one had the most impressive and aesthetic decor and experience. The rooms were the largest of all the hotels (I do admit I am frugal so my choices are always the standard minimal rooms), and the reception area is beautiful. I never get the breakfast plans since I like to head out early in the morning, so I did not use the food areas much. There was a large and convenien Aeon mall down the street.

Very good location, excellent staff

It was perfect for our visit. It is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Kyoto station. It is relatively new, compact and clean and has all the amenities we needed.

Aesthetics, comfortable and functional

I absolutely loved Rinn Kyoto Station West. The room was incredibly spacious, very clean and comfortable. The toilet and bathroom are separated and spacious. The hotel provides you with all the utilities you may need such as washing machine, ice and water machine, microwave, umbrellas, and amenities. It’s a 10-15 minutes walk from Kyoto Station so it is very conveniently located. The staff was very professional, helpful and kind, they helped us send our luggage to our next hotel very easily. They also offer to keep your luggage when you arrive early before check-in, so that was very useful. The staff is also extremely responsive on Booking’s messages. Overall it was my favorite hotel I stayed at in Japan. Be careful not to get this hotel confused with their other facility which is also at Kyoto Station. Some other guests went here by mistake but the staff helped call a taxi to take them to the other hotel.

Location was close to Kyoto station (south) - less than 10 minute walk. However, I did find a lot of the attractions were north of the station so please keep that in mind. We booked a family room which fitted the 5 of us comfortably. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook simple meals. Many of the condiments could be borrowed from the hotel. The staff was generous and we found it great value.

Excellent place to stay. Nearby the Kyoto station walk only 5 minutes. Around hotel have small garden and Aeon Mall.

Location is very convenient,near to Kyoto rail station, room is very spacious comprised of LED TV,sofa, microwave, fridge, induction, cooking utensils etc, balcony.

The whole stay was very pleasant, the staff were super nice and kind, allowed us to use the laundry facilities before we even checked in which was absolutely fantastic! The location was excellent, the breakfast was really good, and we were pleasantly surprised that the welcome drink was actually "all you can drink" and there were some snacks included too! Will definitely return.
