Hotels near Isui-en, Nara

Staff were very caring. The room with a private onsen was a highlight.

Wonderful historic hotel of great quality. The staff is remarkable. This hotel is mainly frequented by Japanese people and it is very pleasant not to find only tourists there. Here we are in authentic Japan. It is an experience that deserves to be lived. Magnificent moment lived with family.

Iroha hotel is so clean, providing good service during my business trip. I cannot complain about anything!

Cozy and clean room. Helpful staff. Tasty breakfast!

The staff , the vibe , the decor . One find peace and comfort, like an oasis in the city. It was a beautiful and wonderful surprise to see deers coming to the hotel gardens. They walked around in the garden and ate some of the flowers and grass in the morning. We were able to get so close to them and it felt so peaceful inside the hotel. The hotel was renovated from a century-old sake production place, it has its charm and traditional vibe in modern comfort that the other 4 stars hotels can't compare. If our time and budget allow, I would definitely go back again in Nara.

Amazing view, attentive & helpful staff, outstanding food

The staff were polite and helpful, assisting me with storing my luggage in the morning and informing about Nara and the hotel. The room and beds were clean. The staff took efforts to get the stamp on my sketch right. The location is convenient, just a one minute walk from JR Nara Station and approximately a 12 minute walk from Nara Kintetsu Station.

A different kind of atmosphere which is very traditional and japanese.

Perfect location, very clean, comfortable, and spacious room.

Everything was very good can’t complain about anything, staff very friendly, very clean place and big in an amazing location!

I would recommend it to anyone. The room was huge, clean, it was very stylish. Well equipped. Also charger converter was provided. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also perfect. The shower was comfortable to use for a tall person. The staff: 5*. There was a tea room on the - 1 level, very chill, very cool. It was like a little spa for the brain. The breakfast was absolutely perfect. We had options, everything was delicious and the staff there was friendly as well. There is a terrace so if you are lucky enough (like we were) you can eat with special company (deers).

Superb location, delicious breakfast, free bread, lemon water and warm staff.

Perfect hotel for visiting Nara. It has a small hot spring but is very well maintained. The position was very good and the service was very nice.

I like how they can keep your luggage for you even after you check-out!

Exceptional food served by friendly and attentive staff in a beautiful traditional Japanese house

Very polite and helpful. We had the private room and had dinner and breakfast in our room. It was a must do experience. Also the location was very good on the border of Nara park

Great location, with a nice view. Close to starbucks which was great for us haha. Nara Park was also close so wasn't too far to see some dear. The families were great, Staff were amazing and very friendly and explained to us the hotel facilities well. They also have chickens that you can pet.

Most incredible food, super friendly staff - everything was flawless!

This is a small amazing new small hotel facing Nara Park. The room is incredibly spacious and state of the art in technology conveniences. It is set in this magical setting facing this wonderful reserve of forest, deer and temples. Tomito the chef should have a Michelin star.

The location is very good, room cosy, bed very comfortable, super clean and staff very nice
