This is literally the nicest hotel with reasonable price we stayed in Japan. Very happy with it from all aspects!

It more than met our expectations. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We barely got to enjoy the wide variety of services this hotel offered. It's a shame we only booked for two nights and had to get up very early to visit everything we had planned. The hotel has four dining options. We had dinner one night at the Japanese restaurant and, frankly, it was very good, despite the initial difficulty in selecting the dishes, which were all in Japanese. Due to our planning, we weren't able to enjoy afternoon tea at another of the hotel's restaurants, as we would have liked. We did have breakfast one day, very early, at the "Capital" bakery/café, where they make many delicious pastries and cakes daily. It was located in the same building, but one floor down.

The staff were polite and helpful, assisting me with storing my luggage in the morning and informing about Nara and the hotel. The room and beds were clean. The staff took efforts to get the stamp on my sketch right. The location is convenient, just a one minute walk from JR Nara Station and approximately a 12 minute walk from Nara Kintetsu Station.

We love everything here. Location , front is very helpful ,good food. We so satisfy to stay this hotel.

The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The location was great, so close to all the major sights. The room was small but comfortable and just what we needed. The food and drinks were lovely. Would definitely return when coming back to nara

New hotel , perfect cleanliness, air cooling works quietly and correctly, comfortable bed and good pillow and very polite staff . Wonderful onsen . Free parking which is rare for Japan. I wish this hotel success and prosperity, and I wish the creators of this wonderful hotel good luck in your future projects

I booked last minute during a particularly busy time, so even though the hotel was a bit far from Nara, especially traveling with luggage on public transport, I was happy to get it. The room was nice and the hotel's location, close to the train station and a shopping area full of food options made it very convenient.

Stuff, servic, onsen, localition

I liked the location, we walked everywhere, very close to the train station. The breakfast was good and the room perfect for two people. The staff were friendly and kept our bags while we went walking around before our train left. We visited the bakery which is absolutely amazing. This is a cute, warm, and cozy place that is like home.

it's very conveniently located. the bus from Shinjuku Tokyo stops right outside at Yagi station. staff are polite. the hot baths and sauna on 10F are great place to just relax, i even went in there again after my check out (for an extra fee)!~

Great location close to Oji Station and bus terminal. Good size room for solo traveller. Good buffet breakfast included. Clean, secure and friendly staff. Provided luggage storage before checkin.

It was close to everything we wanted to visit and the host knew really good English.

Free breakfast was really good. Staff were nice and supportive all the way through. The hotel is located within a 15-minute walk to Nara Park.
