Very big and nice rooms with a large bed, stuff very friendly

The hotel was as described on on the website. Looks modern on the outside. Near the subway line and there's a park outside of the hotel. I really rnjoyed my stay there

I liked the location, the amenities ( bath salts, facial creams and lotions, drip coffee y self heating eye mask(!)). My room was on a 10th floor and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice size ( bigger then other business hotels). There is a supermarket and a konbini right by the hotel. The Kannai station is good to reach on foot. Everything was great!

Loved the design of the room, although somewhat unsuitable for our 8mo we managed. LOVED the body scrubbers from the amenities station. On site bakery was very good, was cool to see how much use the hotel spaces were getting from patrons, very telling of the quality/ambience. Dog friendly hotel, was nice to run into so many dogs! There was even a special doggy play room for them. The rooftop overlooking the stadium was cool. Extremely well located near Kannai station and the view of the stadium from our room was a nice surprise. The store was stocked with some really cute items. We stayed at an OMO in Tokyo too - both hotels made me wish I’d had more time to take in and utilise the spaces and amenities the hotel provided for guests. Very well done, highly recommend.

Hotel room was basic but spacious, comfortable and suited our short stay needs. Excellent location, walking distance to many main attractions and station. Loved the Japanese style sleeping experience. Breakfast was Japanese style, basic, but good experience.

Lovely place, very clean and slot machine inside the room. Close to very cool spots (walking distance).

We liked the smoking space on some of the floors and easy access to vending machines on different floors.

Very well themed hotel in a great location. Several amenities to make a comfortable stay. Very friendly 24 hour staff. Wide range of cosmetic products for free. Very clean and luxurious rooms. Alexa equipped with great lighting.

Room is clean, simple and spaces enough for one person. Sharing bathroom is clean. Wifi is excellent. Staff is helpful and friendly. Have washing machine and vending machine. Best part is got Lawson nearby just few walking steps from hotel. You can also rent bicycle from LUUP spot just in-front of hotel.

Even though there was self check-in at the hotel, we had a super comfortable and quality stay.

Did not realise that the guests have to sleep on a mattress & what if they had problems. Also, I wasn't aware that the guest had to pay ¥200.00 for showers, which was unknown to me & and I haven't come across such arrangement. There is no water for drinking nor hot water to consume. I stayed for 2 nights & the ladies' toilets were not cleaned. You do not meet & speak to other guests except the receptionist. Only a tiny lift to carry many guests & what happens during an emergency. The receptionist was helpful & gave me a brilliant itinerary of how to get to the accommodation & spoke English too.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was very good. Close to Kannai station, not too far from the Cruise Ship Terminal.
