Staff were extremely helpful. I did a booking error , the check in was on Fri , but I arrived on Thur, thankfully there was a room available and the staff were able to help me re arrange my bookings and moved our luggages into the room we booked on Fri. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Location -simply fantastic & so convenient to restaurants, characteristic lanes of Gion, lovely walks by the canal, easy access to the busy side of Kyoto. Loved the ability to open windows for fresh air, loved beautifully curated furnishings & bathroom fittings, loved the very large comfortable space to spread out. The staff were so helpful & so friendly.
