The location is excellent. The staffs were very proactive. Room make up always great. The room was great. Ours had a tea table which made the experience at Kyoto filled with richness with the complimentary tea provided. Shower and bath were excellent as well.

Fabulous facilities especially lounge on level 3 with complimentary wine and nibbles. Wonderful views. School room special delivery of drinks, games, colouring books etc … honouring that the building was originally an elementary school.
