The hotel is located in the heart of Shinjuku, between night clubs and busy streets but is a a point where quite small alleys converge almost making it extra quiet for a good night's sleep! The staff is extremely polite and helpful - so kudos to the brilliant hospitality - and the rooms are traditional style with tatami mats and futon beds which is beautiful! Totally reccomended and an absolute value for money. Bonus : we were able to leave our luggage till 20:00 in the evening, though our checkout was in the morning of that day, no problem.

It has been our 2nd stay and we enjoyed it again. - great and convenient location walking location to Shinjuku station - good breakfast - very comfortable bed and extra pillows that can be collected at lobby - nice panoramic view from higher floor room

English speaking staff, they even let me try to speak Japanese to them It's listed as non smoking, but it's definitely has people smoking in it, you even get an ashtray so 🤷🏻‍♂️ a plus if you smoke I guess, if not maybe don't try it Was a good stay

Everything was just fantastic! They treated us like royalties all the time! The room was extremely clean and organized every single day.

Very friendly, smiling staff, went out of their way to make sure I got full value. I think they have pride in their place. The camping/glamping theme was upheld throughout. Even a gammock in your room. You grind your own coffee from a selection of beans, either in the 24 hr snack centre in the lobby or in your own room, where there are metal camping mugs to drink from. All included in rental price.

Big comfy bed, huge flat screen TV. There was a massive jacuzzi bath and a sauna! The sound system was very good, and the room was completely soundproof, which gave a nice sense of privacy.

Bathroom was very very large, and elegantly decorated. Offers room service, but this was not used. Tv is large and had a large selection of movies. Stayed in the “club” themed room. Lighting was nice, mood appropriate, and all lighting was adjustable. Fridge and microwave supplied

Location was central, hotel staff extremely kind and helpful, helped me find something that had gotten lost in the linen

Absolutely everything in this hotel is designed to let you relax and have a good time. All soaps and other products are provided and there's even a set of hair straighteners and curlers you can use, all plugged in already in the bathroom. The bath is huge and wonderful, shower pressure is amazing. The massage chair was incredible. It had glittery walls! There's a drinks holder in the sofa (only discovered that on the last day!). Rooms are soundproofed and the bedroom and bathroom are huge! The area around is busy and can get a bit loud at night but it's far enough away from the action that it's not constant! Near a bunch of convenience stores... Honestly this place is amazing, can't recommend it enough.
