Extremely well located, an excellent price, extremely clean and comfortable. As a single traveler there for business for just two nights, it was excellent.

The onsen was excellent, both the indoor and outdoor pools. The location was perfect, right next to the pedestrian walking street, near the underground shopping, and seven blocks for teh fish market and excellent traditional sushi restaurants. The design of the rooms was efficient. The bed was good as was the shower. The staff was VERY helpful. The car parking mechanism worked fine.

I really recommend this hotel. Best location and walking distance to tanukikoji shopping street, city center, odori park, etc. Good breakfast, big room, daily cleaning and washing+drying machine facility (600 yen for abt 3 kg). Also car parking in the same building. 2000Yen per day which normal in Japan.

Nice environment and convenient location for shopping, front desk had nice patience and communication to foreigners as well. It strongly recommend to stay here.

A very pleasant place in a quiet avenue. The room was very clean with plenty of amenities and a a private bathroom. The owner is also very nice and accomodant.

The apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen, microwave oven and washing machine which makes it very convenient for family travelers. The room was also thoughtfully equipped with an air purifier and humidifier which is much needed during the winter season. The tram station is just next to the accomodation which makes it very convenient to get to downtown or the vicinity by public transport.

New spacious studio apartment with good washing drying machine and comfortable beds. Loved the high ceilings.

Such friendly and helpful staff who allowed us to check in early and even offered us a lift to the station when we were leaving. The futons were super comfy and the kitchen area, spacious and well equipped. Probably the best place we stayed in our 5 week trip.

Lovely people working there, great terrace to relax out on and overall fab experience. Highly recommend!

Free welcome bar, free onsen, handy coin laundry, fridge and huge tv screen inside the room. Very clean and quiet. Keyless access.

The room is fantastic for couples. It was spacious, warm, and quiet. The humidifier was great. The separation of the bath and WC is a nice layout. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, microwave, and gas range so we could cook breakfast easily. There was a huge closet with a set of drawers. We could store our suitcases so they did not get in our way. It was easy to access the subway (3 minutes away) and the JR trains were only about a 10 minute walk away.

The price was very affordable. The location is very convenient. And they had free bread every morning for guests. As well as unlimited cold juice drinks, cold coffee, hot soups. It's almost like a free meal everyday.
