Too many great facilities and amenities! The staff was great and always super helpful. The location was also great although was a little bit difficult to find the correct exit from Namba station.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Dotombori, making it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood felt very safe, even at night, and there were plenty of convenience stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you!

Absolutely everything - staff were super friendly (some of the best we spoke to on our trip!), the rooms were good, facilities were great, free onsen, free bar between 5pm-8pm which was brilliant. The location is unbeatable, a 5 min walk from Namba station and right round the corner from Dotonbori. We also went to Hiroshima for a night and came back to this hotel for one night, so we asked if we could leave our bags and it was no problem. This was one of our favourite places we stayed on our trip.
