Good staff and very pleasant hotel room ! There's also a convenient laundry service inside the hotel, but the most important hotel's feature is its location: Konbini, supermarket and restaurants all around, near the Nippori Station with access to the Yamanote Line, and even a very good (and tatoo friendly!) public bath right in front of the hotel !

Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip in Japan, this was by far the best for the price. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was spotless, we even had a washing machine inside the room. The area was beautiful and quiet. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo and I will return if I visit again.
