Nice small hotel in excellent position, 3 minutes walk from Nippori Station. Helpfull staff, cozy room (good dimension considering we are speaking about Tokyo) and a lot of good restaurant in the surroundings. Excellent value for money. Definitely THE place to stay in Tokyo!

A special shoutout to the reception staff working on Dec 1 afternoon from 2pm to 8pm. They were so kind and polite with me and my young son. They made us feel welcome to sit at the sofa area for hours while we waited for our flight after checking out. Thank you. Ours was a spacious room with adequate amenities to feel like you can make a simple meal. We got a quiet corner room for four and we didn’t hear any noise at all for five days.

Its very close to the Ryogoku station with Sumo fight club closer by. Its adjacent to the river and you can have a walk on the banks. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and helps you in all possible ways. Rooms are cleaned everyday and the facility has a terrace on the top for late night drink with a serene view. The breakfast spread is good and they accomodate your preferences. Overall a very comfortable stay.
