Amazing stay, most reviews said the staff were very helpful & friendly. Well they severely understated that, we were assisted by 2 ladies whom I regret to not learn their names and they are super kind and did 110% to make our stay as enjoyable as can be. Always on hand to sort out whatever troubles we had up till we stepped out of the lobby (well over our check out time since our flight was in the evening but they let us stay in the common lounge).

Clean and comfortable, room was not too small, blackout curtains were good, staff were helpful in assisting us to send our luggage to another hotel in tokyo 2 days later. Surrounding is nice and quiet. Near nippori station which has skyliner to/from narita airport.

We were three adults in a room. All beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. While we did not eat at the hotel, there is an excellent cafe right downstairs for coffee, breakfast and lunch. The hotel location is excellent, right next to the Ryogoku Station and minutes walk to the Sumo Stadium.
