The staff is very friendly to foreigners. The room was quite clean and had everything you need to be comfortable. There was also a washing machine and SPA in the upstairs area, as well as a small machine to exchange 1000 yen notes for 100 yen coins for use in the washing machine.

By far my favorite of the APAs we stayed in! I only regret not staying more than one night! Very spacious, double room is great for trying to accommodate 2 people and 2 luggages and the onsen is always a treat, especially recommending the outdoor one! Staff are amazing as per every APA we have been to. Right next to the metro station exit as well as like 3 minutes walk away from the Sugamo JR exit.

The staff is really friendly and helped us a lot. It is placed really close to Ikebukuro station and has many interesting places nearby. The facilities are perfect.

The location is unbeatable just steps away from the JR Otsuka on Yamanote Line (1 stop away from Ikebukuro). The check-in was fast the room was in comparable size to other budget hotel but the mattress was from Airweave which is a luxury Japanese brand make the sleep very comfortable. There are also different kinds of pillows and amenities available for free at the lobby including toothbrush and razor. Coin laundry and ice machine were also available. Free luggage storage and scale for weighting the luggage were also available at the lobby which can come in handy before you leave for the airport.

The hotel is located right next to metro, which is very convenient. The staff was always very helpful, we could also leave our luggage for a bit longer without any issue. The room was very clean, spacious. It was a very comfortable stay, definitely worth the price.

Mrs.Takahashi help me so much about where ı can go and how.She is the one of the English speaking person in there.Mrs Guzzo was good also.Hotel is just 2 min from METRO .amazing location.U can find a lot of market and shops around market.Every important place max 20 min by train.Hotel room was small like all Japan hotels.Comf bed and pillows.

The Resort is located at a beautiful spot, where we had lots of privacy and quiet. We stayed for 2 weeks and especially because of the very kind, helpful staff, we quickly felt at home. Breakfast was served at reasonable hours and was always delicious. Every day we were able to choose if we wanted our room to be cleaned or not and received some water. The whole place was very clean in general. Every time there was an issue or something we needed help with, the staff was at our side right away and solved any problem immediately. I'd definitely recommend the resort to anyone coming to Koh Chang

The hotel staff were very kind and accomodating at all time. They even keeped our luggage after check-out before we had to get our plane back home. We also had some issues with the washing machine and they kindly helped us set it.

I feel like the location was a great spot to go around Tokyo. The breakfast was really good and plentyful. The staff was really helpful and nice!

Convenient location and reasonable price for solo travelers

Our studio was amazing, we could see that the hosts put a lot attention to detail into this place. We had a great bathroom with nice shower, had enough space to hang our clothes and store our luggage. We had everything we needed to have meals in the studio, with a fridge, microwave and dishes. There was a sofa, and a small table with stool, which was very convenient. We walked around 10 mins to Otsuka station, where you can take the Yamanote line or walked around 15 mins to another station to take the subway. The neighborhood is very calm and we had two convenient stores very close. We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend!

Having a personal toilet is essential. When the hotel is conveniently located near the Yamanote Line, making travel easy and minimizing the need to change trains to reach popular attractions.
