Hotels near Robot Restaurant, Tokyo

Location was excellent with a good Indian restaurant attached

The service was excellent. I lost my wallet while traveling in Japan, and a staff member named Uzaki went above and beyond to help me. Uzaki personally accompanied me to the police station and assisted me in reporting the lost/stolen wallet. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during a stressful situation made a huge difference. I’m extremely grateful for the support and highly recommend their service.

The best location... next to the happening spots but just far enough to not be affected by the noise. The concierge service is excellent and the team is super helpful with suggestions on what to do. Rooms are small but clean.

Location is perfect, nice personnel

Beautiful hotel! Lovely views.

Rooms were great in facilities and size

Great location, helpful staff and smooth experience

Air conditioner system, Bathroom, Yukata

This place has very friendly staff and it was quite a convenient location.

Staff was helpful and polite. Location is good at this price point

Location was central, hotel staff extremely kind and helpful, helped me find something that had gotten lost in the linen

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were polite and efficient. I appreciated the excellent laundry facilities as well.

Bathroom was very very large, and elegantly decorated. Offers room service, but this was not used. Tv is large and had a large selection of movies. Stayed in the “club” themed room. Lighting was nice, mood appropriate, and all lighting was adjustable. Fridge and microwave supplied

Hotel is located near to Kabukicho and 7 Eleven is just next door Pretty close to Shinjuku Station, about 10mins walk (600m) Self check in so it’s convenient No issue with the room. Everything was fine so not sure why the rating is low though

Amazing. Clean, silent (despite being located in a very noisy area), very kind and friendly staff. They were helpful.

The suite is just amazing. I’m soooo glad I booked this. The sauna, jacuzzi, all the amenities and little quirks in the room. The location is unreal. It’s just an incredible and unique experience and a real treat. Would 100% stay again and again.

Amazing experience. Everything was great. Staff, rooms, breakfast, location.

The room was much bigger than anywhere else. There was a sauna, a steam sauna, Netflix, a massage chair, friendly stuff , elevator usable without card, the location, everything clean... I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Very nice staff and spacious rooms.

We had 2 rooms, one for a couple and the other for 2 adult sons. the bed was huge , the room was very big and the facilities we got in the room were the best. The toilet has an otomatic light for night. The manager named Mitsubishi was a good English speaker(it's not so common in Japan) and was very helpful, and you felt that he glad to help us. We were staying for 3 nights. Very close to the intersesting placeS in SHINJUKO AND STILL VERY QUIET/ Thanks 😊

Huge rooms for Tokyo and a good price. The staff were excellent. Don't overlook this hotel!

The executive double room was lovely and the view on the city was exceptional. We had free wine and the bathroom was squeaky clean. We were 5 minutes away from a lively district and the buffet was fabulous.
