The staff were very welcoming. The Japanese breakfast was exceptional. The bike hire was very convenient and enhanced our trip. Proximity to Imperial Palace was wonderful.

A new amazing hotel in a very good location close to subway station. We liked extremely helpful staff, daily coffee/tea service and nightly cocktail hour in the upstairs lounge. The room was amazing, really clean and facilities were great.

The heating element for clothes. Was super dry and washer was great for families. Its seamless and user friendly.
