The room may be small but it was very functional. We (a family of 4 including one toddler and one young kid) managed to squeeze on the triple beds. The best part about the room is the washing machine. Saves the headache of needing to queue at coin laundries for washer or dryer.

The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English. The Lobby was very welcoming with comfortable seating and free coffee and tea. We were there for four nights in a hot summer. The air-conditioning worked well once we learned to adjust it. The bed was comfortable and the room kept clean. The kitchenette, microwave and washing machine were an added bonus. There were convenience shops right next door, Tanukikoji shopping street just two minutes away as well as many restaurants, cafes and Odori subway station. We found the taxi fare to and from the main Sapporo station very reasonable, as we had a lot of luggage...no tipping in Japan makes life much simpler! The Japanese breakfast was excellent and the Continental one quite adequate too. Service was good and the dishes kept full.

The staff were amazing! The hotel was fabulous and the view from the penthouse was amazing, thank you to the whole team at 41 Pieces Sapporo! My kids, wife and I have crowned it the highlight of our trip!

totally satisfied with this hotel: dedicated man-to-man service, clean and spacious room conditions. And it was totall affordable. Amenities were overall of high quality and abundance despite self-service providence. Neiborhood attractive spot Nakajima park is a good place for exercising in the morning and enjoying winter vibes of Hokkaido :)

JR Inn Sapporo Kita 2 Jo was comfortable, clean and nice hotel to stay in. There’s onsite female and male onsen, library, laundry facilities etc on level 2. Location was convenient and a walk away from Odori park, Sapporo Clock Tower and Susukino. It’s definitely a good location for snow festival time. The cafe next to the hotel was below average, nice casual dining cafe but the food was edible not amazing but if you eat for sustainability then it’s your place but if you’re a foodie i definitely don’t rate.

Everything. Location, highly aesthetic. Service beyond expectation. I wasn't expecting they'd do a room service as we're staying for 2 nights only. But they still replenish everything. Lobby lounge is superb too. Cozy, warm, good vibes and aesthetic.Best hotel we've stayed during our Japan trip- value for money, right infront of the Sapporo Clock Tower, just beside a good bakery/grocer.

Well maintained modern 'business style' hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable, as expected. Location inside Sapporo is quite good, within very comfortable walking distance of Odori Park, Tanukikoji arcade, Pole Town, Department Stores, Hokkaido University Botanical Garden, Sapporo Clock Tower and many other 'attractions'. Several convenience stores for small supplies are either in the same or the next city block... For our trip to Japan this year, it was the hotel with best value for money.
