Breakfast is fairly priced with plenty of food choices. The location is excellent—just 50 meters from the Ekimae-dori underground walkway (Chi-Ka-Ho) Exit 7, making it easy to reach both Sapporo Station and the Susukino Namboku Line. Lawson, FamilyMart, and Seicomart Sapporo Clock Tower are all right nearby, adding great convenience

If you are traveling with children who want to play in the snow, the location is excellent. The hotel also provides some simple equipment for playing in the snow. It is also very close to the market, the Sapporo Clock Tower, and Ōdōri Station.

JR Inn Sapporo Kita 2 Jo was comfortable, clean and nice hotel to stay in. There’s onsite female and male onsen, library, laundry facilities etc on level 2.
Location was convenient and a walk away from Odori park, Sapporo Clock Tower and Susukino. It’s definitely a good location for snow festival time.
The cafe next to the hotel was below average, nice casual dining cafe but the food was edible not amazing but if you eat for sustainability then it’s your place but if you’re a foodie i definitely don’t rate.
