The hotel is fine. The staff were very kind and well organized. If you want to eat there, you will need to make a reservation the day before. It is a little out in the country but the price was very reasonable. The thing that I loved most was the huge buffet style breakfast. They had a great selection and everything was delicious. Well worth the money.

Highly recommended! We reserved for 1 nite including 1dinner and 1 breakfast. The room is big with mountain view. Food is great in Japanese style. Public onsen with 1 outdoor and 1 indoor. Staff is also friendly. Delightful stay!

The hotel comes with onsen and it was great. It has an outdoor and indoor pool, though the outdoor decoration is somewhat man-made. It was a truly relaxing experience.

Very elegant hotel in keeping with the whole Takarazuka Revue experience. Booked a standard double looking over the Hana no Michi at the back. Could watch the hordes of people going to the theatre. Very inexpensive considering the luxurious standard. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nice Italian Restaurant across the way. Will definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome stay here. Family of 6 with 2 rooms. I chose this hotel for the kids to have a day of leisure while I went for a drive to explore Himeji. Free amenities included and has a laundry room with awesome dryers and vending machines. A couple of restaurants and onsens. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. After 40 days of traveling our bodies were quite worn out and the time in the hotel helped us recover since the room had a massage chair, bubble bath and skin care. It was an unforgettable experience since I had never been in a place like this. Congratulations to all the staff.

I decided to book this hotel after seeing so many positive reviews online. I reserved a 4-person suite ，cost 460’853yen, To my disappointment, this room for four people couldn't accommodate four people. When I and my two friends arrived at the hotel, we were told that we needed to pay an extra fee for one person because breakfast was not provided, and this added an extra cost of 220’590 for one person more, Over the course of six days, I paid a total of 681’443yen for the room . Unlike other hotels, this hotel no breakfast provided, The room had a damp and musty smell, and the carpet was dirty. Praising the old house and cheap furniture as a legacy of the old era was truly disappointing I strongly recommend think three times booking this hotel unless you are willing to spend money and endure the discomfort.

Convenient location. 3 mins walking to the train station. Really nice breakfast and dinner. Good view as well from the room as well.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. One person spoke very good English. There were free drinks (hot & cold) at the lobby area. They have 4 private onsens to book for 45 mins in addition to the shared onsens. We tired the outdoor private onsen but preferred the shared onsen which also had an outdoor onsen. They have 2 types of onsen water and the hotel is located very close to one of the onsen sources, so have excellent hot water. The room was spacious and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return. The hotel was also close to a big public Onsen facility which we also tried.
