Best hotel in Osaka! The renovation has brought the onsen up to another level! Zen and beautiful !

Small rooms but adequate. Very nice location for shopping, metro transport and dining. Walkable to Zoo and Tsutenkaku tower

The thoughtful details! We loved relaxing in the cozy lobby with "Shirayuki" sake after a long day of exploring. The 8 PM Takoyaki party was amazing and comforting. The breakfast buffet with local Kushikatsu was fantastic. A special thank you to Miss MENCHU for her warm, friendly, and attentive service!

Good, various breakfast, free onsen, drinks and icecream every day. 21.00 they served free ramen. Every day same performance. Hotel is very near from metrostation.

Room had 2 double beds, big bathroom and was with view on to Tsūtenkatu, convenience store next door, underground abut 6 min walk and same distanstance to Shinsekai. The hotel let me store the language and check out an hour later.

They are a very good hotel with helpful staff very good rooms with good services they really know what they are doing .

Great location close to Ebisucho metro and just 2 stops from Namba. Very spacious rooms and a decent breakfast. Overall a great stay and would come back again

Great location right near the metro stations like Osaka loop etc, Very helpful manager and staff. the manager speaks excellent English which helped when I was needing advise on stuff and they were super helpful whenever I need to work something out. worth the stay

The Hotel is close to the metro station, which makes it very convenient in Osaka. Receptionists were very helpful, and even kept our parcels for us, we had delivered from online orders. When booking I was looking for something small, where I can have own space, even if it was a small room - this fit perfectly... the room was clean, comfortable. It was in a safe area on a main road. There is a very popular okonomiyaki restaurant a few streets behind, which we loved.

Near Dobutsuen Mae (Osaka Metro) station and Shin Imamiya (JR) station. The cheapest hotel i ever stayed in Japan. It has pantry complete with kitchen, microwave, water dispenser (so no need to buy drinking water) and ice dispenser. Shower is located at 1F (lobby).

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Staff were warm and helpful, the room was spotless, and the location was unbeatable.

First, I would like to say thank you to the woman at the front desk who spoke perfect English. Not only was she kind as other reviewers said, but she had really positive energy (not faked as often seen in hotels, especially luxury ones) and that really started things off well. The hotel is a mix of Japanese ryokan (private room, shared bath etc) and western styled business hotel, catering to the budget minded or those who need a simple place to stay. Many places similar are very lax in terms of keeping things up, but this place is very clean and I can see they are doing a very good job. Additionally, the shared spaces are clean as well, a reflection also of the guests who respectfully use the property (as compared to some places which a bit of a mess because people do not know how to behave) The room itself is small, fitting a tatami and a little extra space. But it has a little refrigerator, a nice and unexpected touch. The walls and tatami floors are not amazingly clean and show a little wear from age, but as said before, this place keeps a good close eye on maintaining cleanliness. There are only three showers in the whole facility, but I used them twice and never had to wait. There is a men’s only shared sento tub that is available only certain times, but I was unable to use it in time. When I tried right before it closed, there was a slightly fat fellow in there and two of us would have been a snug fit, ha ha. I let him enjoy his solo time. I would also like to add that I found the hotel slippers (green with the “hotel lucky” logo) are nostalgic retro and super cute. I really loved them. And the price of 2000 yen for a night, what more do I have to say except…amazing, thank you, and I will come back here 200 percent when I pass through again.
