It was close to everything that we needed the station, seven eleven, etc. staff were friendly, nice and helpful.

The hotel has great art stored and displayed. The vibe is nice, staff is friendly and the room for Tokyo standards are quite spacious. The breakfast was nice. The location is great nearby public transport and some really nice restaurants are nearby. There is a 7 eleven supermarket around the corner.

Modern, clean, and elegant for a good value.

Walking distance to Kinshicho Station and surrounded with cheap yet very delicious local food. Although the room is small, but it is perfect to just have a very nice sleep every night before walking around Tokyo since we were only back to hotel during nighttime. The hotel also offer free laundry and the staffs are super friendly. Highly recommended. If you wish for perfect comfort, take a bigger room to maximize your experience in this hotel especially those who are travelling with kids.

The property was homey with a nice atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating and always at the front desk ready to greet you with a smile whether you were going out or coming back in. The location was excellent, it was supper close to a train station, shopping centres or food shops. It was also supper quiet despite being in a busy area.

The girl who helped us was a huge help, as one of us lost a backpack and she assisted us throughout the entire process. She kept a close eye on everything to make sure we were okay, and thanks to her, we were able to get our backpack back. We are very grateful for her kindness and how much she cared about us.

The room was very clean and tidy. Area is very quiet. There are several places to eat. Very close to the Oshiage station and other useful places as well.

Troubleshooting was excellent! The location was perfect! Quiet place with closed Window. Toilet was amaaaazing!

Location and the stores in the area are easy to reach by foot.

Very good breakfast, consistent range and wide variety each day though the format remains same. Very efficient delivery; with self help modalities and automated preparation including the miso soup. Allows for personal choices Really like the organic vegetables

Good and super clean shared bathrooms

This hotel is located in a historical and cultural area of Tokyo. There is no need to transfer when traveling to Shinjuku. From our room, we could see the Tokyo Skytree. Nearby, there is a large park and a shopping mall, so everything you need for your stay is within reach. The room was kept very clean and well-maintained.

Unlimited supply of free & good quality amenities

Great location - Oshiage Station, Tokyo Tower and Solamachi right at your doorstep. For Japan the room size is decent. Staff spoke English which made everything much easier.
