The location of the hotel is a mere 2-3 minutes walk from the Ryogoku Station, which connects easily to Tokyo Station. I find the location is very convenient for its affordable price.

Room is big enough for 3 to Japanese standards. Location is convenient to public transportation, convenience stores and restaurants.

The two rooms was wonderful and all amenities were great. The location was also central to the subway. Communication with staff was quick and informative.

The room was spacious and clean and it felt really homey. The bathrooms and toilets were both extremely clean and we had no issue with sleeping as the bed was extremely comfortable. It came with a balcony to see the street which was quite nice. The area itself was exceptional as I had stayed in Tokyo prior to this trip and felt a bit overwhelmed with how much I had to use the train. But the location was a walking to distance to pretty much majority of the big districts around: such as Asakusa and Akihabara. It was also a very close train ride away from pretty much all of central Tokyo. There was also a lot of nice restaurants, cafes and convenience stores around the area all within walking distance. All in all it was a great stay and I definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to travel in Tokyo. Will definitely be back :)

The location is amazing , 2 minutes walk to asakusa station . Just be aware , if you have luggages, take the A2B exit as it has a lift otherwise you have to carry them on a number of stairs . The best thing is level 9 where one can have food , watching the boats on the river , Tokyo tower ( most beautiful at night ) . Level 9 is spacious , lots of tables and chairs and you can work there if you want . Lots of restaurants close by after crossing the bridge . A walk way along the river just 1’ away if you want to exercise or go for a stroll early in the morning , very quiet and serene. The coffee and tea available all day and great . We didn’t have the breakfast there ( toasts and jams , but you can get very cheap breakfast at the convenience store across the street and that was what we did ) The front desk people are very helpful and accommodating . The laundry machines always available

The breakfast was great and they offered variety day to day. Japanese style. Rooms were quite big considering Japanese standards. Kind and helpful staff and comfortable beds.

I made a mistake and booked a smoking room when I meant to book a non-smoking room. The staff were very helpful in allowing me to change without issue.

I think this hotel is unbeatable in this price range. The hotel is at a very comfortable location, with a convenience store right around the corner, a coin laundry right in front, and a train station within 5 minutes. The manager is also incredibly nice and gave me sweets.

Chose this place because we wanted to be away from Shinjuku/Shibuya chaos yet still easily connected to all tourist attractions if need be. More of an apartment hotel but had on-site staff all the time (ie. Meaning we could send our luggage to the hotel). Large room size for Tokyo. Great modern Japanese decor with the convenience of microwave, kettle, steam iron, washing machine and a small sitting area - self contained enough to sit and enjoy breakfast/afternoon sake. Great location in quieter area but easy access to train/subway stations. There is a Lawson opposite the hotel. Some great local yakitori places just a short walk away and great coffee at a place called Westside (about 8-10minute walk). Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient, clean and quiet even though it is along a busy road. Very attentive staffs easy checking in and out
