Clean, large, and new room with all the necessities provided. Located few minutes walk from train station. Staffs are nice, gave free ride ticket for tram.

Location is good. Food and restaurants are easy to find nearby. The city is not big so accessible to main tourism sites.

Friendly staff. Room is actually slightly larger than the typical APA hotels. There is actually an onsen in the hotel but I didn't have the time to drop by.

Amazing hotel and extremely friendly staff.

Right next to the Shinkansen, tram and bus stations. Built above a food court with a supermarket inside. Incredibly convenient. View from elevator window was great, able to see the mountains bordering Toyama. Great room size (surprisingly big) and great indoor onsen!

Excellent location just a few steps from Toyama Station. Convenient parking available next to the hotel for 1,000 yen overnight.

Everything! It was one of our best experience in a hotel in Japan. The room is bigger than normal sized hotel in the country. The staff is phenomenal. Location is right in front of the JR Toyama station. They have great amenities and the food was good. They even gave us free tram tickets! Everything was perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main Toyama train station which is only a few minutes walk to the hotel. The hotel is also surrounded by lots of restaurants. The free breakfasts provided in the morning is good although you may consider it basic. If you want to rent a car for travelling afar, the Toyota Rent a Car is just directly opposite the hotel. The design of interior of the hotel is subtle and comfortable. The only downside is the insufficient car park spaces which you need to book in advance. If you can’t get one there is a multi-storey Times car park just opposite the hotel and costs the same. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful.

The hospitality presented by the reception staff is excellent. Buffet breakfast was good and tasty, and when we wanted to keep our luggage at the lobby for full 8 hours while waiting for our flight, they do so with a smile and without questions. Definately our next go to connecting hotel in Japan. Price is affordable for the services that you get. Location is very strategic, right smack in middle of town and 5 minutes walk to train station.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and caring. All the facilities and amenities were great, like the ice cream and other things.

Perfect location with only a 10 minute walk from the station. Very fancy type hotel with huge lobby, free coffee and welcome drink of sake, white wine or red wine or a bit of each. Luggage minding. 2 restaurants on site. Clean and very fancy atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel hit all the boxes with it being cheap, clean, and in a decent location. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station, and is in walking distance to all the main areas in the city ie: the glass museum and the Toyama castle park. The staff were friendly, and there were many amenities available to use. Great value for money and I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Toyama

Great hotel, with friendly helpful staff and comfortable beds. Nice and quiet, good aircon. Lovely organic products in the bathroom. Brilliant welcome bar! Right opposite the castle park and tourist information.

I stayed one night, wanted to Try dormy Inn for the onsen. It was as the reviews claim, really nice and lovely layout at the Toyama dormy Inn. Sauna, 2 main baths, plenty of shower stations with nice products plus the snacks. I booked the double room to make sure there was space for winter luggage, and with plenty of space by the entry "foyer" it didn't invade my space to get to bed/bathroom. Bed was comfy - Room was warm so I didn't need to use the heat pump. Pillow was a little small and I didn't think to ask for a second but might of been an option. I came earlier than check in and they held bags so I could go exploring Quiet at night, given how busy the onsen was I thought it might be noisy along the corridors or with the cross walk outside but everything was quiet after 930pm. All the amenities are on the bottom floor to help yourself. Location: Tram or walk to the station, Toyama castle is between Dormy Inn and the station.
