Wonderful location. The staff are professional and friendly. Room facilities were excellent. Everything I needed was provided. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable.

Lovely hotel right by the train station. Super convenient, clean, comfortable, welcoming and all conveniences should you wish to have meals.

Friendly staff. Room is actually slightly larger than the typical APA hotels. There is actually an onsen in the hotel but I didn't have the time to drop by.

I travel alone. Everything is perfect.Very close to Toyama station. Love it. I will be back again.

Amazing hotel and extremely friendly staff.

Right next to the Shinkansen, tram and bus stations. Built above a food court with a supermarket inside. Incredibly convenient. View from elevator window was great, able to see the mountains bordering Toyama. Great room size (surprisingly big) and great indoor onsen!

Location is perfect and the room is very clean and comfortable. Will be the first choice next time visiting this area.

The hospitality presented by the reception staff is excellent. Buffet breakfast was good and tasty, and when we wanted to keep our luggage at the lobby for full 8 hours while waiting for our flight, they do so with a smile and without questions. Definately our next go to connecting hotel in Japan. Price is affordable for the services that you get. Location is very strategic, right smack in middle of town and 5 minutes walk to train station.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and caring. All the facilities and amenities were great, like the ice cream and other things.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very big and there was a bathtub in the bathroom. The staff was very kind! Breakfast was quite good with a lot of options (for people who eat meat/fish). The location is great! It's very close to the train station.

Very good hotel with comfortable beds and good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is first class! Good restaurants in building right next door. The hotel is centrally located and only 1 to 2 minutes from the streetcar. Nothing negative to report.

The room was very clean as well as the whole building. The TV in your room has a panel that can be green, yellow or red depending on how full the Onsen is. Found it very useful. It also has a camera to monitor how many people are in the restaurant.

The hot bath was just amazing. While staying in Toyama we went to the Mount Tate. So after the whole day of wolking and freezing it was a pleasure to come back to Dormy Inn Toyama and to spend the evening in hot water, chilling and enjoying. The whole room is arrange very comfortable and welcoming. Having an ice after the bath and browse through some manga books was a very calming ending of a nice day. Also the breakfest is worth mentioning - very varied and delicious.
