Hotels near Ueno Park, Tokyo

i had a room in the 12th floor. the view was amazing!!! the room was clean. the bed right next to the windows was soo comfortable! i had a very good sleep. and then in the morning awake to the morning sun and the great view! the rooms are like any hotel room in tokyo,but still enough space. and i had a big suitcase aaand a golfbag! the location is close to perfect. right to ueno station and kesei line. so going anywhere is easy. even to or from the airport. also right to the ueno park!

The staff re nice and very helpful. The location of the hotel is directly opposite the ueno station exit. So we were happy about that. We had to go to narita airport the following mornjng and keisei ueno was within walking distance to the rapid train to airport. So that was very practical.

The convenience of being across the street from the Ueno Station cannot be overstated. The Skyliner, Shinkansen, and Yamanotte Line are practically the epicenter of any Japan traveler’s universe.

You get what you pay for. Very good price per value, suitcases go under the bed, bathroom door opens above the suitcase. It's the small things other business hotels just can't do. Good location, very close to Ueno park, to Ueno station.

Deluxe room is bigger than other rooms in Tokyo area.

Great location away from the loud areas but just a short walk away. Station was also just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Staff were kind and the room was kept clean. Perfect for a solo trip. I would definitely book this again for my next stay!

One of the best places I stayed. Definitely was more than enough for me as a solo traveler. It's really close to the station. The daily amenities provided along with some extras, like a small chocolate, creams, or coffee ticket were all lovely. The room was spacious enough for my luggage, which was a huge plus. I honestly wish I had stayed here longer, which i hope i will in the future. The staff was very helpful with everything.

location is perfect, very easy to take skylinner

Everything was super comfortable and more spacious than I was expecting. The staff were so kind and you could easily ask for or get all of the amenities you needed downstairs. We only stayed one night but I would definitely stay for longer next time we're in Tokyo. Area is also really great and just steps away from the train station.

The location was fantastic and extremely close to Ueno Station and Ueno Park. Note that there are a fair few underpasses/a bit of travelling to the actual platforms of Ueno station, and it is a little further to Keisei Ueno Station where you can catch the Skyliner. The room was slightly larger than the other hotel we stayed at in Tokyo for a similar price. We appreciated that we could open a suitcase fairly easily and there was a long bench-style table and outlets easily accessible. The hotel seemed to have fewer rooms than we expected (there were about 5/6 on the 11th floor where we stayed), so the single elevator wasn't an issue.

Location very convenient as a base to explore Tokyo and beyond as there are JR line, metro and shinkansen direct from Ueno Stn. Less than 5 mins walk from Iriya exit of Ueno station. Also very convenient to drag ur luggages around as there are slope/escalators up to the exit so u don’t have to drag ur luggages up & down stairs. Also very near to Ameyokocho where there are lots of restaurants and places to shop (Donki, Matsumoto Kiyoshi etc)

Still the best place to stay whenever i visit tokyo! The place is super convenient, located very close to Ueno station (JR, Subway , Keisei skyliner to Airpot)

It feels like a second home. It’s in Ueno, one of the best areas to stay. It has life, but it’s not full of Western people. It feels very Japanese. The hotel is very clean, and inside it’s quiet. Most of the guests are Japanese. It has a large and clean public bath, and the common areas are great for relaxing. For the price, I think it’s one of the best options in Tokyo.

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay — the staff on the reception speaks good English, everyone is extremely nice, respectful and helpful! The whole hotel is impeccably clean. Breakfast offers a decent selection of both western and Japanese foods, and foods are rotated slightly every day. What is worth mentioning is its great location close to Ueno Station, which I think makes this hotel a great choice for travelers. Not only you can get anywhere in Tokyo very quickly, but if you know the way, you can leave the hotel and sit in Shinkansen in Tokyo Station in like 20 minutes. The nearest konbini is like 20 meters; very convenient indeed! And there is not only one, but two Don Quijote stores in the walking distance, which gave me an opportunity to overpack my luggage with souvenirs. Wi-Fi was quick and stable. Soap, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom were really high quality and their fabric refreshener helped my clothes to stay fresh longer, which was highly appreciated in the scorching summer heat. You also can keep the luggage here if you need to leave later than the checkout is. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my stay and I would definitely stay here the next time as well!

Good place to have a break in Tokyo

Very clean and modern place with around 15 rooms, great location close to Narita Skyliner / Ueno Park / subway etc. Best option if your key expectations from a hotel are good shower & bed, not fancy restaurants or onsens. Special thanks to the team for the welcome packs!
