Super friendly management and staff. I inadventently arrived at their sister hotel down the road at 5am and they kindly arranged free transfer an check-in to the correct location. Highly secure premises just across the road from police compound and within short walking distance to the Village and many UN offices in the area. Room was spotless clean, comfortable huge bed, balcony terrace overlooking a peaceful garden, and warm shower. Highly recommended

It’s a paradise not far away (by Uber) from downtown

Novotel was very conveniently located. Service was excellent right from the security guards, Valet parking, baggage checking, Reception, and room service. Rooms are spacious, decor is beautiful and entire hotel is very beautifully designed and maintained. Breakfast offered an excellent wide variety and service was excellent. All staff were courteous, polite, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi for vacation, business or short stay.

The property is situated within a residential block, it’s extremely quiet and extremely clean! You can wake up To your balcony and look out onto a serene forest bit! The pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room are great! It was like having it all to ourselves! The location is easily accessible uber/bolt and it’s a secured gated block! The best are the staff. The ladies are so so so helpful, kind and polite. Will definitely stay again!
