We didn’t stayed in jungle because it was renovated instead we got free upgrade to penh house hotel and it was super, hotel is the best. Best breakfast I had in hotels

All the Staff were very helpful and ever cheerful. Front Office Staff esp Kim is the Star ... Room was quiet and AirCon was cooling. The fruit juice at the Reception Area was available the whole day and refreshing. The view from the Pool area was spectacular

Hotel is located nearby attractions and close to the night markets. The room was spacious and well maintained. The staff at the reception were very helpful.

The réceptionnist manager is absolutly kind and helpful. Always trying to help and to make the stay enjoyable. Thank you for his attention.

Excellent location close to the Royal Palace, about a ten min walk f great range for breakfast, gorgeous rooftop pool, friendly helpful staff right the way through, Restaurant Meals are delicious.and generous portions. The gym is a small but sufficient for simple workouts.

Perfect location. It is in red light district, but everything in Phnom Penh is in red light district :) But if you are fine with few girls in front of the hotel, then you have the very best location.

The location is unbeatable and so is the view from the 3rd floor balcony. When you book here, you book a budget hotel so if your requirements are high, look for more stars and book elsewhere rather than rating it down. For a backpacker or budget traveller it's excellent, much better than I expected. I booked a superior room and it didn't disappoint. Since I was staying for a while, it was nice to have a fridge, a kettle and a door opening up to the balcony that had some chairs. The room was clean and spacious enough with a practical setup, and the shower was properly hot. Powerful aircon as well. The WiFi was in general very good, but had some hiccups. The staff fixed it straight away though. It's worth noting that there is not really a reception, but a check in booth that checks people in for both RS2 and RS3. Not a problem though. Everything you need can be found within 100m from the hotel.

Very close to markets and shops + right across from royal palace, we arrived a little early for checking in and the manager allowed us to check in anyway which was a massive help.

The location is perfect, and surprisingly quiet. New owners really informative and helpful with local knowledge. Family that run the restaurant really sweet and make great coffee! (and the best croissants).

Clean, comfortable and new. Staff were friendly. The pool although small had excellent views and was shaded. For the price it was excellent for the location
