The hotel is truly wonderful, the location is extremely convenient, the rooms are perfect, clean, and give a real “home away from home” feeling. What impressed me the most is the staff: they are incredibly friendly and extremely supportive. Sugar is a Vietnamese staff member who is absolutely lovely. Every time I travel for business and stay at Hotel 28, I always hope to see her. She is very helpful, always smiling, and takes care of everything, from the moment I pull my suitcase up to the 6th floor until the time I leave. All the staff are amazing, from the bellboy in the lobby to the housekeeping staff. I travel to Seoul for business once a month, and Hotel 28 is always my only choice, as it consistently offers me the best experience possible
