We needed to catch the train, so the location was perfect because it's only a 15 minute walk to the train station. The interior design of the lobby and room were beautifully done. The cocktails in the bar, and the buffet at dinner were very good.

The hotel is very modern and beautifuly designed, but it’s biggest highlight is its staff who are simply amazing! We were two couples who really do travel the planet a lot and we all agreed that we’we never been anywhere where the staff was so friendly and helpful, simply superb!

It is not my custom to compose reviews, as my primary objective is to enjoy my stay. Nevertheless, I was most agreeably surprised by the Hotel Nuwa in City of Dreams. The courteous personnel and management demonstrated remarkable attentiveness in catering to my every requirement. A notably valuable amenity is the provision of a personal butler, designed for guests desiring an indulgent experience.

We had the Edinburgh. suite. the location was central & felt safe to walk in the day time. The breakfast was yummy. The fruit juices were the best.

Our recent stay at the Dutch Heritage was a great way to finish our 3 week Sri Lankan holiday. It is located in a very convenient area close to Galle Face, Lotus Tower, the markets and the Dutch precinents. The room was clean snd comfortable with good aircon and tea and coffee facilities in the room. The door staff are always available and are extremley friendly and know all about the area.

What a lovely man running the place. So helpful and just super friendly. Clean comfy beds , great shower. We only stayed 1 night and it was great. He let us leave our bags while we waiting for the train and had a walk around the town. Would recommend!

The location can look a bit shady but trust me the man Prakash is out of this world! We landed in colombo at almost midnight and we went out and came back at 2.30 in the night. And Prakash made sure to keep the gates open when we arrived. And that too with a big smile!!! The location is so close from the colombo central bus station that we walked from hotel! We got the room 102 and the room was worth at least double the price we paid for. The amenities we're almost as good as a renowned hotel or resort! Book it as a must without a doubt if you are interested for a stay at Colombo and want have to catch a bus or a train the next day!

The hotel location was great and easy to walk around the city center. Manoj (the manager) was very helpful and stayed in touch with us before our arrival. He was kind enough to receive our parcel on our behalf and then handed it over to us when we arrived. He offered us a complementary breakfast and made sure that our stay was comfortable. He was responsive and resolved our queries quickly. I liked his humble attitude towards the guests.

Checkin staff were amazing. My daughter and i booked a room at the last minute, cheapest on offer. But Velinda and Chandara at reception worked their magic and we were upgraded to a oceanfront suite. My daughter (6 years old) was blown away. Such an amazing night.

The girls at the front desk were very helpful.
