Location and value for money. Kind receptionist.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and modern, with good air-conditioning. The view from the rooftop bar was nice.

We stayed for 12 days and had an all inclusive package. We liked the hotel even though we were there off season. The food was good, different cuisine every day. Staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. Since we were there off season, part of the hotel was closed, but there was plenty of activity during the day and evening. We liked the cocktails, wine and prosecco. :) If we decide to return to Malta, we would probably stay at this hotel again, although we are more of travelers than vacationers.

Everything . Breakfast is great with so many choices. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Love them all.

Despite the age of the hotel, the facility provided is still amazingly better than others of the same status. I will continue to reconmend it.

Everything! Especially the nice welcome, the room (so big but really comfortable and Cosy because of the decorations). It is a home away from home! And not to forget about the rooftop! This is the best place I have been to!

Easy to walk around and close to bus network

As a person which I have been for almost more than 15 years in catering as a chef so I know how it should be regarding all the questions that I answered above I can say that as soon as I went to the reception to my check in I was already impressed by the way that the receptionist approach. In that moment I said that I came in the right place than day after day I realized that all the stuff was fantastic with a positive attitude. When it comes to cleaning room it was outstanding. To cut it short if someone is looking for a weekend to stay and definitely value for money there is no where else and waste your time searching just go Primera Hotel and just book your night you won’t be disappointed granted.

Nice hotel at a great location: close to Bugibba ferry terminal and sightseeings. The rooms are clean and decent sized. Friendly staff also. Great value!

The location is near bus stops and offers buses that can take you everywhere on the island, and is also conveniently close to St. Paul's Bay. The Staff is very friendly and has a 24-hour reception. The pool on the roof. .

The hotel is excellent. I don't know who the people are that leave bad reviews, but for us everything was above expectations. Towels are changed every day, the room is furnished every day, the air conditioner worked 24 hours a day at 26 degrees, everything was clean and tidy. The bus station and supermarkets are 100 meters away. We are delighted, considering the price and reviews.

The whole place was amazing. New and fresh. The roof top bar had amazing cocktails and the food was also amazing! Staff were polite and very helpful.

Location was very good, close to bus stations that take you anywhere in Malta. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Pool was daily cleaned and it was very nice to spend time at it. Rooms were clean and housekeeping personnel were attentive and respectful of our belongings. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite, always smiling. Air conditioning very good quality, it chilled the room fast. Balcony had a nice view to the pool. The area was quiet and safe. Close to the beach. Shops and restaurants close to the area.
