Location is A1, staff very friendly, the breakfast included was good, good choice of menu and drinks also. Overall excellent.

For the money this is a great option. The staff was great to deal with. Breakfast at the attached restaurant was simple and sufficient. Perfect location close to everything, yet far enough away from party central (5th ave).

Room was spacious and clean, location is amazing

Location of the hotel was great, close to central but not right by the party street so noise at night was minimal. Within walking distance to the ADO bus terminal (there are 2) so it's easy to get to and from the airport as well. Door is always manned by front desk till 11pm, otherwise you need to unlock the door through your phone so it's pretty safe. The 2 receptionists are lovely and super helpful whenever we had any questions. Right opposite Coco Bongo, which is a popular pick up point for many tours so it's really convenient. The hotel offers tours as well through their third party providers, so if you don't want to go through haggling with the tour agencies outside, you can just book direct through the hotel. We did a small comparison of prices and theirs' wasn't too far off from the prices you get outside, might be cheaper even. And because it was booked through the hotel, we felt there's a smaller chance of sketchy behaviour by the tour agency/guide.

Blocks away from Fifth Avenue and has many places to eat. The location is somewhat discreet and has a nice little courtyard. Necessities were offered like water (which helps a lot, thanks), coffee, and light local pastries. Very big room and a spacious bathroom. Blocks away from the beach. Good aircon

This hotel is the best value for money option I have stayed in for years, potentially ever. The rooms are great, spacious, with air-conditioning, fridges, daily cleaning, and complimentary beach towels. The staff are so nice with strong English, they often give little treats like a glass of red, biscuits or pastries in the morning. The rooftop is excellent, with sun lounges and double day beds for couples on the top deck. Honestly, it was a fantastic hotel and I couldn't recommend more.

The hot tub inside the room was fabulous! The bed was extremely comfortable and the AC worked very well. The tiles in the kitchen and bathroom area of the room were so cute!! We felt safe and the location was amazing as well. They even provided parking for our rental car!

The staff was so helpful and responsive in everything, even in planning for my trip to Cozumel. The room was clean with all the amenties any travel may need. The location is perfect in the heart of Palya Del Carmen, minutes from the main shopping/food street and ADO bus station.

Everything about this hotel is nice. Is spacious, clean and good attention to details. Daily cleaning also, is a plus. The pool and outside area is beautiful. The lady who did the check in was really nice and helpful. The balcony and the view was superb. The location very good
