Although the hotel is located on a very busy street—which, by the way, cannot be accessed by car—the soundproofing was excellent. The room was very beautiful, stylish, and well decorated. There is a cozy courtyard, and everything was clean and well maintained. The street itself is very noisy, but for a short stay and getting to know Playa del Carmen, it’s a perfect choice.

Everything this condo offers is amazing. Clean, close to grocery, in between suburban (real Mexican area) and the party spots, plus 15 min to the beach! Love the roof top swimming pool for a lazy day. Super convenient to everything. Will definitely come back!

The manager at the front desk was helpful he solved my WiFi issue at first.Every time I am in the communal area even though I don't speak Spanish always an English speaking person is always there to have a conversation.Overall good experience.
