Very clean, with great facilities. Lovely rooms. Situated near playa 72 beach which was 10 mins walk, and you can walk onto 5th avenue within a few minutes - but this is a while away from the busy central fifth avenue area. We actually preferred this as it was quieter and the shops and bars and restaurants were still good nearby and a bit cheaper than on the main strip. I highly recommend the food at Sonos Crisol less than 5 mins walk away.

I liked the location, it was quieter and less touristy than other other parts of Playa It is near some good places to eat ( Crisol , Le Petit Choux) The staff were very friendly / welcoming .

Every time I come to Playa, I stay here. The boutique rooms are cute, colorful and have a ton of personality. The staff keeps the rooms very clean, and the location is perfect. The location is close to the beach, close to Centro, but in a more quiet area. I will be back very soon I’m sure!

Very comfortable hotel near the centre of the city and the beach. The room was spacious and functional. All employees were very nice. The pool is calm.

The pictures are exactly as shown on the booking site! Vanessa, our front desk personnel, was excellent she welcomed us even though we arrived before check-in time and kindly offered to store our luggage in the gym. Norma, our maid, was also amazing. The location was perfect! Everything was within walking distance: 5th Avenue, Chedraui, 10th Avenue, and the beach. It was peaceful and quiet, making it a relaxing getaway. We also visited Señor Frog, just a couple of blocks down on 5th Avenue OMG, what a vibe! The place was full of energy, live music, and great entertainment. Like they say, you come for the food but stay for the entertainment! A++++++ for both food and fun. I will definitely book here again on my next trip to Playa del Carmen!
