This place is amazing, with a 5 star hotel service. Very good and reasonably priced food at the restaurant. A single portion of a continental breakfast is good enough for 2 people. Free short shuttle ride from the Tren Maya station, 100 Pecos to everything else. Currently its is a 10 min drive to the archeological site but it will become much shorter soon once a new main access point to the site opens in a few months (1km from the hotel).

Absolutely beautiful stay for what you need to visit the beautiful town or Chichen itza which is a legit 5-10 minute drive away. Building is a beautiful yellow and just off the main street where you are welcomed by the beautiful owner and family who are so accommodating showing there place and passions to you as guests. The rooms were quaint but had beautiful comfy beds, Aircon and clean. The even didn't a extra touch for us as was our honeymoon just to show how lovely and thoughtful the are

Our tour guide, Jorge was very informative and spent a lot of time with us. I highly recommend hiring a guide. We wanted to learn as much about the Mayan culture as possible and we weren't disappointed. The overwhelming number of vendors was disappointing however and took away from the beauty of Chichen Itza.

I've been to this site three times and still discovered new...

I've been to this site three times and still discovered new things. Try to arrive sharp at 8 am or get in line a few minutes earlier to avoid the crowds, especially on Sundays when Mexican residents (with official ID) can enter for free. Use the entrance between the Temple of the Warriors to walk to the Market. Walk towards the hotels to see the Cenote Xtoloc. It's not as big as the Sacred Cenote (behind the Venus Platform), but most people miss it, and you can enjoy a less crowded view of the site.

Great facilities, perfect location for Chichen Itza. The staff were the highlight, everyone we spoke to were so friendly and helpful. Hotel is really clean, rooms are large and huge comfortable beds. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Comfortable room. Restaurant had good food for dinner, we tried the local dishes and I can safely say it was the best meal we had during our entire stay in Mexico. Breakfast was also good. Friendly and respectful staff and helped us in every possible way. Close proximity to Chichen Itza is also a bonus. There are also nice shops close to the hotel where we bought souvenirs at very good prices

This was a pleasant hotel featuring a small, relaxing swimming pool (the only nice complex in Piste). The breakfast included free coffee/tea and muffins, which, although not advertised, provided all the guests with a perfect start to the day. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop offering easy access to Chichen Itza with just a couple of stops, as well as Merida. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

It’s a bit weird, the hotel is fairly new and very quiet so feels a bit like a ghost town. But rooms beautifully decorated, helpful staff and great food. Picked up from Tren Mayer and also can get a ride to Chichén Itza for $100 Mx.

I chose a room with an observatory view and it was excellent. Definitely would book that again. The resort was calm and peaceful and I enjoyed the pool. This hotel is a great choice to be at Chichen Itza early.

Lovely quiet hotel. Very clean and well kept, and nice and traditional. We dined in the restaurant and had a nice meal. Great location for Chichén Itzá although it is not accessible via a walk. You still have to drive to the main entrance. A great little quiet respite break for us in the midst of a load of travelling.

This is a gorgeous place, comprising a ring of chalets situated around a palm-fringed pool, exuding tropical ambience. I got a lovely clean room with air-conditioning and a spotlessly clean bathroom. There is a small terrace outside so that I could sit by the pool with my morning coffee or a beer in the evening. I came by car and there is secure car parking inside the hotel grounds. There are places to eat within walking distance and a supermarket next door. It is only a couple of miles from Chichen Itza.

Great pool area. Hotel actually had a good quality buffet. We were hesitant at first but especially when we saw it was for a big tour group, we decided to do it and I was glad we did. It was great to be able to walk to Chichen Itza early and then come back for the buffet lunch and some relaxation by the pool. They let us use the pool and towels even though we checked out that day (but weren't leaving until 5pm). Rooms were fine, not fantastic but pretty good.
