CanadaThe lady hosting the place was incredibly nice, filled out water bottles countless times and was so helpful. The location was great as it is on the main route and you can wave down the bus for Valladolid right in front. The AC works great!!!

Lilia is very friendly. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the location is very close to the Coba ruins. Thanks!

Nice pool. Staff were generally attentive. Nice big bedroom. Coba ruins and lake nearby and restaurant TOJ nearby was good. But shower took ages to get warm and no food options in hotel.

Well situated for visiting the Coba ruins and cenotes. Some great recommendations of other places to visit in the area from the owners who were very hospitable and welcoming. Nice food served for breakfast and dinner and large comfortable room. Stay was very short but pool

Nice room with views on the lake, clean and spacious. A lot of credit to the host Fabian, who is not only very kind and helpful, but also very knowledgeable about the Cobá ruins. He told us a lot of information regarding the history of the old Maya city and its roads. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful facilities tucked in the jungle just a 3 minute drive from the Coba ruins. The villas are very nice, with private pools and gorgeous decorations. Nicest bathrooms ever!

Very comfortable stay. Staff moved us to bigger better room just after check-in. Very personable and accommodating. Large comfortable room. Walking distance or short drive to Coba ruins. Very good restaurant on site. Nice pool and pleasant tropical surroundings. A very good stay and excellent value.

Very well organized medium sized hotel. We intended to spend there one night to see Coba ruins next day. The location is excellent. You can reach Coba by walk in the morning avoiding crowd coming later from cruisers. Rooms we got had windows on inner patio (I see it as an advantage). We were there sligtly out of season and for one night only but there are facilities for longer stay as i.e. water pool. Ask for opportunity to enter the terrasse on the roof. There is beautifull view on ruins area over the forest.

I loved this place!! It felt like home! The staff were so kind and attentive and it was so peaceful and calm. Also, it was a 2 minute walk to the bus stop and amenities and a 10 minute walk to the Coba ruins. Perfect!!
