Nice clean place, had a pleasant stay.

Perfect location, friendly staff but the most important thing was the food! Everything was super delicious and fresh during our stay of 5 days

Staff were amazing, friendly and always helpful

Location is great and the hotel offers car park which is great as there is no much parking on the street. Staff are friendly.

A friendly old school hotel. Reception staff lovely—special thanks for the early check in—and very helpful. Superb location especially with regard to enjoying Vera Cruz's Saturday night Danzon.

Very comfortable room. Good value and good location. Friendly staff

Great location, great price. Just a couple of minutes walk to the sea front, and there's a Oxxo right across the street. Rooms were air conditioned and clean and the beds were comfy. Staff were friendly & accommodating.

It’s in a beautiful old property, the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. There wasn’t much space but it’s fine for a few days. Breakfast was Mexican style.

Breakfast was not available at the hotel however there were many places nearby that were very good.

Staff was friendly, great location close to shops, zocalo, port, and restaurants. I found the wifi pretty decent for working (video conferencing more specifically). Very good air con.
