The staffs, location, breakfast, room, cleanliness and everything. Kudos to Thai interns at the breakfast! They really went extra miles for everything. Amari really maintains the standard across all locations, not just within Thailand.

I stayed at the residences side, and not the hotel side this time, and i recommend choosing it. While it is apartment/condo style; the space, number of rooms, absolutely perfect for long term work related stay. The corner room with full window view that is set up as a work/business room is the highlight. Kitchen is well stocked with needful cutlery, and room service is very smooth experience.

Loved the location and the spaciousness of the room. This hotel would be my first choice every time I came to KL, just for those two reasons. The room rates have gone up though..which is really sad.

Having a visitor parking lot available is a great advantage when my friend parks their car and joins me for a day tour.

Free parking and the best thing is, we can park right on front of our unit hence no need to worry about our car. Gated and private. Easy check in and nice unit 👍🏼
